“Can’t compare to anything else I’ve experienced. Incredible food, drinks and hospitality”
“As huge Grand Fir enthusiasts, we were so excited to finally make one of these dinners! They make the BEST beer in the biz, and have the most top notch staff out there. This meal was so freaking delicious- a great soup, one of the best salads I have ever had, killer lamb and potatoes, and a really great cobbler-esk dessert. The ambiance of the club space is lodgelike and cozy, love it. For a special night out, or just to partake in an experience with all the best ingredients the PNW has to offer, this is where it is at!”
“How fun to take part in this intimate supper club! An amazing and bountiful meal served family-style at a communal table. Our fellow diners were engaging and interesting conversationalists. And the Bitterroot team was top notch.”
“The meal was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked! The crawfish toast started the meal out by perfectly combining ripe tomato + crawfish + bacon. The tangy sauce on the crawfish really made the dish pop. I particularly enjoyed the next course of grilled peach salad. For me the standout bite of the night was getting some sweet peach, green beans, duck confit and creamy cheese all on the fork. Next was the ribeye. Not my normal go-to but I might need to rethink this after eating this dish. The depth of flavor from smoke and garlic and other magic turned the ribeye into meaty goodness gold. It was incredible. Of course this is not surprising since Doug is the smoking meat whisperer. If you get the chance, go for the bone, you won't regret it. The peach cobbler made a great ending note with its pillowy cornmeal topping. It was nice having the flexibility to do the wine pairing or choose from other options. We did the best of all worlds and a member of the group did the pairing and we got a couple bottles of wine to share. I definitely appreciated AJs advice/descriptions that helped us make sure the wine picks were a success. An amazing experience that must be repeated multiple times.”
