“If more stars were available I would give them all! This place is never fail, always perfect with outstanding service that is so above par for neighboring restaurants. We recently visited and Morona was our server in the dining area. He was phenomenal, attentive and polite, it was a joy being his guest. There is nothing on the menu that you won’t like. Every thing is fresh and plated beautifully. Our favorites are the French dip, a steak, or the hamburger. But the pizza is amazing, even the chilled water is over the top. You’ll love everything about this experience.”

“My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at J. Alexander's in Cool Springs for the first time, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hospitality was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was warm, attentive, and made the evening feel special without being overbearing. The prime rib was absolutely fantastic. Perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and full of flavor. We also tried the barbecue chicken pizza, which was surprisingly great with a smoky, balanced BBQ flavor and a perfectly crisp crust (we added bacon). We couldn't leave without dessert, and we're glad we didn't. The carrot cake was rich, moist, and huge. Definitely something to share, and the key lime pie had the perfect balance of tart and sweet, making it a refreshing way to end the meal. Overall, it was a wonderful anniversary dinner, and we'll definitely be coming back. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend J. Alexander's, as the foundation of this restaurant is hospitality, to the full extent of the word. Something most restaurants fail to accomplish.”

“Well tonight my Fam Jam celebrated Fathers Day at this lovely establishment. Happy Father’s Day to all the daddos out there! I like to celebrate this day for myself too because I swear sometimes I’m my kiddos Mama AND Papa 🤣🤣🤣 (I’m JKing of course, my hubby steps in to buy the kiddos sweets every now and then 🤣🙄🤦‍♀️). ANYWAY! We decided to celebrate the sponsor to my shopping sprees (husband 🤣) at J. Alexander’s. My husband is partial to a nice steak, and my kiddos are big fans of the chicken tenders. We started our night with some queso con spinach (Yes, I do dabble in espanol). It was delectable, HOWEVER our ONLY complaint was that they got rid of the pico and gave us salsa instead 😫😫. We were a HUGE fan of that pico, so I IMPLORE you Mr. Alexander to PLEASE bring back the pico. The rest of our meal was just explosively delicious. My hubby got a French dip with extra horse radish (EWW, I’m NOT a horse radish fan 🤮🤮). He gulped that sandwich down like I do with wine on wine night with the girls 🍷🤣. I myself indulged in the filet mignon cooked to medium, my only issue was it was a little too cooked for me. However I ate it up! (Once again, do not tell my pilates instructor LOL). We ended the night we a chillingly good ice cream cake (you see what I did there??? 🤣) Overall, we had a glamorous evening with some great food and even greater service. I am sending my recommendation to my book club right this moment! Great work Mr. Alexander”

“We visited for our wedding anniversary as we do every year. The food was good but only one issue with it. The prime rib, the rub they applied was over done with the salt. Now I love sea salt but this was over the top and this was the first time this has happened. But they where cooked perfect. Also the shrimp appetizer and the artichokes where perfect. But my favorite of all is the carrot cake. It comes out warm and so moist paired with a cup of coffee, that is my go to after the meal. We will always come back and love the place.”
