Originally from Tel Aviv, Chef Eyal Shani is making his mark on NYC with HaSalon in Hell's Kitchen in New York City. We offer two dining experiences per evening, one earlier and another later. The first seating is tranquil, offering the same menu but with a more quiet, mellow vibe. As the evening progresses, the dining room becomes more upbeat, loud, and alive. The restaurant is open for dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. Reservations are always required, as we do not accept walk-ins.
“We just celebrated our birthday at Hasalon and it was absolutely AMAZING! Everything was super well organized and restaurant staff were super attentive and accommodating. The food was great! And the vibes … we danced so so much!!! Nothing I can say would really do justice to this place. So many memories from just one night! I hope we will come back again and again all the way from Puerto Rico where we now live. @ Hasalon - Thank you for hosting”
“Such a great vibe-beautiful ambience, amazing energy. Michael, our server, was incredible and completely elevated the experience. He kept the energy fun and guided us through the menu perfectly. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience. Can’t wait to come back. Love when the service matches the food!”
“The food at HaSalon was absolutely mind blowing, every dish was bursting with flavor. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but honestly, there’s no price tag for this level of taste and creativity. Our waitress was super sweet, knew the menu inside out, and gave fantastic recommendations. A truly unforgettable dining experience!”
“Good vibes, nice decor and the design. A little pricey 😕, but the food is good, except for octopus!!!! Just don't ordered it, trust me. Other than that everything else is good. Beets salad was good, mushrooms are good, house made bread is awesome. Kebob was really good, on the house made pita bread.”
“I took a star out because it’s WAY too expensive. That being said the food was all amazing. Each dish was so good. I especially loved the mushroom steak. And the lemon gnocchi was insanely good we had to order more. The drinks are good but not amazing. But I wouldn’t come here unless you are celebrating something special like a birthday because it’s more about the party atmosphere which is so fun. They start the party at 10:45 so I recommend coming earlier to eat.”
