“Fondue heaven! Got cheese fondue for dinner, and chocolate fondue for dessert. Perfect size for two people, and able to scale up and down in size. They just pour more or less cheese into the pot depending on how many people there are. Got the vegetables platter which actually came with a lot of fruit (grapes). Dipping the bread was me favorite though. The chocolate fondue came with whole cookies, apples, pretzels, apricot, and marshmallows which tasted just like s'mores. Walked in easily on a Sunday evening without reservations. Plenty of seats.”
“The food here is out of this world! We got the 6 option and got to try a lot of the dips and the naan was delicious. We also got the peppers and Brussels sprouts which were fantastic! Highly recommend this location, especially before a Broadway show!”
“Post-theatre dinner at Kashkaval Gardens, a true hidden gem in Hell’s Kitchen. They have a wonderful Mediterranean menu (+ happy hour from 3-6). We feasted on an assortment of kabobs and squash caponata. Make sure you have a reservation! It was empty when we arrived, but by the time we left, there wasn’t an empty table in the entire restaurant. A shout out to David, THE most entertaining bartender in NYC!”
“Such a lovely experience having dinner here. The back room was so cozy but overall the entire place is very nice and cozy. Food was delicious and the mocktails were tasty. They also have a prixe fix that looked great but didn’t have the stomach space for it. Service was awesome and everyone working there is extremely nice and on top of it. We will definitely be coming back!”
“Nice spot with lovely indoor garden area in the back. Service was excellent. Food was mostly very good but extremely rich. We tried the traditional fondue and it was good. Honestly haven’t had fondue in years and wanted to try. We didn’t add any extra dippers as we wanted to try more options. We ordered it for one and it was plenty for 2 people to share as an appetizer. I was very excited to try the pea and carrot farro salad and while it was good it was extremely overdressed which ruins a salad for me. We tried one lamb kofta kabob. It had nice flavor but was a little chewy. I don’t often eat this so it may have been exactly as it should be. The artichoke egg strata was one of the best two items we had. Extremely rich, but creamy on the inside with a beautiful exterior crust. The second best bite was the cardamom rose phyllo bun. While we were overstuffed before we ordered it and couldn’t finish it, for me this would be a reason to visit the restaurant. It was fragrant with thin layers that were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Absolutely delicious.”
