“Can’t believe this place doesn’t have 6 stars. Favorite new spot in the neighborhood. Vibes vibes vibes. Truly a vibe wondeful spot to be. Food and drinks are unique and fantastic. Portions are small, but like, very much by design? Like that’s what they’re going for shareable plates. Especially liked the 30 slices of beef skewer. Loved every cocktail I got. Milk punch and the caipariniha riff (can’t remember the name). Just lovely, tasty, unique drinks. Staff was so welcoming and warm. You feel like you’re a guest in the home of the people who work there and they all live together. Music did seem a little loud when I walked in, but then I didn’t notice it. Didn’t have trouble hearing, and great music. I will be back many times.”

“I took 6 of my friends here for my birthday dinner last night, LaZiza did NOT disappoint. We were offered a custom chef dinner, coursed out and fitting with any/all allergies. The food was absolutely delicious, from spreads (just get them all), salads to charcoal mushrooms, prawns, chicken, falafel, roasted chicken and lamb. Of course we also had the baclava and flourless chocolate cake. Everyone was happy and full. The cocktails should not be missed either they were all delicious and unique. The atmosphere was vibrant, especially for a Tuesday, with records playing continuously and the guests dancing in their seats. This place is a gem, go get yours.”

“Highly recommend this place—it was absolutely lovely! From the moment we walked in, the unique and beautifully design transported us. The ambiance has such a warm, inviting vibe that’s perfect for a night out with friends, family, or even a date. The food and drinks were phenomenal. We ordered a wide variety of dishes and honestly loved every single one of them. Some highlights included the Hummus, Babaghannouj, Muhammara, House Pickles, Basturama Chicken, Ali Nazik Kebap, Potato Tahdig, Falafel, Persian Forbidden Rice, and the Lamb Meshweh. And of course, we finished off with Baklava and Pashmak for dessert—both divine! Every dish was beautifully presented, and the flavors were rich and authentic. The service was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. For drinks, we tried The Taly, which had a unique, slightly spicy flavor that paired surprisingly well with the cucumber—one of the rare cocktails I truly enjoyed. We also had the Sour Cherry Sharbat as a non-alcoholic option, which was super refreshing. Overall, this spot is a gem. Definitely worth a visit!”

“Nice atmosphere and vibe, with welcoming service. While the staff was transparent on the serving sizes (one skewer!), the price to quantity is steep. The quality of some items were excellent (lamb skewers, fries), while others were bland, cold, or sparing for what are traditionally cheap and easy to make items (chicken plate, maitake skewer, caesar salad). This really feels like a place focused more on the drinks and the dip tasting than the other items as stand-alones or sharing. Overall, for how much you’re spending, you could afford (literally) a much better experience elsewhere both in taste and in quantity.”
