“Everything about this place was a 10/10. They made a special night out for us top tier. Services, drinks, food, etc was all some of the very best - and likely why they proudly display their Michelin star at the front bar. Worth every bit of that award. If the pre fixe is an option, do it. Drink service, too. Among our favorites each course were: Cocktail - the arsonist (tequila based) First bites - the peas (I know… we couldn’t believe it either) First course - scallops Second - the cod + rice porridge Third - share the lamb, add the truffle! Fourth - doughnuts The sommelier was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a bottle from the restaurant’s “favorites” list, too. Offer a few takes on what you prefer and I’m confident she’ll point you in the right direction to a phenomenal bottle for the table. All around, excellent!”
“Very great food and service! We had the tasting menu and it was incredible. Everything felt very meticulously cared for. The cocktails were also excellent. Perfect for celebrating a birthday or milestone. Suggest to go with someone you don’t mind sharing food with - so many good dishes to try!”
“We celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary here and the experience was absolutely fantastic. We arrived a little earlier than our booked time, but our table was already ready and we were warmly accommodated, which set the tone for the evening. The service was excellent throughout, and the food was outstanding — very tasty, beautifully presented, and genuinely artistic. We went with their 7-course holiday special, and every single course ranked highly, making it a memorable dining experience from start to finish. A special mention for the thoughtful gesture at the end: we were surprised with house-made mini cupcakes, beautifully plated with a handwritten note celebrating our anniversary. That personal touch truly made the night extra special. An unforgettable experience and a perfect place for celebrating meaningful occasions. Highly recommended.”
“This Michelin Star Korean inspired restaurant is almost perfection. David Kim does a great job of taking a modern take on Korean style dishes. The tasting menu is perfect with 5 courses and each tasting dish is a perfect portion size. Service A+ with an elegant atmosphere. A for sure go to place. Get the Bingsu desert.”
“I love the look of the restaurant overall. You can tell there was a lot intention in the interior design process which does add to the dining experience whether most people recognize or not. I came early to my reservation and they gave me the option to sit at the bar. The bartender was very nice and offered great NA beverage option, the Jachata (unique pine nut forward flavor) and created his version of a Paloma for me. Then I sat down and my waiter was a blond short hair gentleman with glasses who was very chill, informative and kind. Honestly everyone who touched my table was kind. For my first Michelin star restaurant experience, I’m sorry to say that it was an average food tasting experience. Very much enjoyed the the beef tartar, and the kimchi jicama with the galbi and finally the Boba tea bingsu, but overall I’d give it a 3.8/5 for taste. I guess in my mind I expected to be blown away by a Michelin establishment. But it’s okay that I wasn’t, for the amount of food, the service and ambiance, I don’t regret my time. Thank you for an experience. God bless yall.”
