There is a great deal of love in what we do, especially for the journey, which is not only physical but also metaphysical. We have brought the love for Puglia overseas and for a project started many years earlier by our parents. We have created a place that smells of the lights of Manhattan, the iron of the bridges and the colors of Puglia. A mix of emotions and memories transformed into interior design in the city that never sleeps with the motto New York or Nowhere
“Such a little cute spot, the food was incredible. The drinks were just the same! and the owners and bartenders are so funny and fun. Great personalities and a very happy atmosphere. But it can get packed, so keep that in mind. Go early afternoons.”
“My to go spot! I love to get a drink by the bar or stop for a dinner. The service is super friendly. Alessio makes the best drinks and I still cant get over how amazing the atmosphere is in this place.”
“Our initial plan for lunch was full, and I couldn't be happier with our "consolation" option as the food and service were fantastic. My reading comprehension could use some work as I attempted to order off the lunch menu, that clearly states, "Mon - Thu", on a Friday afternoon. (To add to my embarrassment was my insanely my Poor attempt to pronounce, "Orrechiatte Pomodoro") We opted for a dish from the brunch menu, the English Breakfast. It was A LOT of food, incredibly delicious, very reasonably priced. Please consider making this your FIRST choice if your in the neighborhood!”
“Stopped by this bar just to grab a few drinks but ended up staying for dinner. I ordered the beef pasta and seared salmon. The pasta was really good and full of flavor, definitely the standout of the meal. The salmon was cooked well but lacked a bit of seasoning for my taste. Drinks were great though, I loved the bubble drink and the spicy cocktail (can’t remember the name). Overall a nice spot to relax with drinks and food!”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Italian Lunch Experience I had a fantastic lunch at Old Fashion Café. The atmosphere is warm, modern, and inviting — the perfect spot to enjoy authentic Italian food in New York. I ordered the chicken cacciatora, and it was outstanding: tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly the way this classic dish should be. The fresh bread served alongside was perfect for enjoying every bit of the sauce. For dessert, I tried the tiramisu, which was light, creamy, and beautifully presented — one of the best I’ve had in the city. Service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for genuine Italian cuisine and a relaxing place to enjoy lunch, Old Fashion Café is absolutely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be returning.”
