“I stopped by here with some friends after a day out (No Kings, baby!), and we were looking for lovely views of the city. As New Yorkers we don’t often have the time to check out lovely spaces like this, but I am so glad we did. Gorgeous views, comfy couches and bar stools, the staff was very attentive, and they served delicious cocktails. Big shout out to Gigi for stellar service! Everyone was nice, I didn’t feel any snootiness that fancy places often deliver in this city. It does get crowded, but mid to late afternoon it wasn’t. Stunning view as well. Thanks Gigi for making our time at the bar so pleasant. I personally didn’t find the drinks horribly priced either which seems rare given the location. Mid town reasonable pricing. And you can’t beat the view!”

“Rifah Rauf in New York is an absolute gem and easily one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had. It was my first time visiting New York, and this place truly set the bar high. The design, lighting, and overall ambiance make it an ideal place We tried the tuna tartare, and it was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and perfectly balanced in flavor. Quick mention to Gigi, she was very nicr and made sure everything went smoothly without being intrusive. Definitely a spot worth returning to.”

“I came with my date for a sunset happy hour visit on a Thursday evening. The signature cocktails, the views from the 39th floor of the Virgin Hotel, and the service are all excellent! Our server Gigi helped recommended drinks based on our preferences, and even some fun things to do around the city. We'll definitely plan to visit again.”

“The views are a 5. The cocktails are a 4. The service is a 3. Can't beat the view looking north highlighted by the Empire State Building. The cocktails are priced in line with there area. Bartender was distracted by other co-workers and didn't execute the glance over while chatting to discern liquid level in my glass. Had to remind her that she said she would bring water. Also did not know what a Vieux Carre is. 39th floor of the Virgin Hotel. I took an elevator to 38th and stairs up to 39th. Not sure if that is how it is supposed to work.”
