“Connor did a phenomenal job! From his food recommendations to his timing, we had the perfect evening for a romantic date night. The focaccia is to die for, the Caesar is very tasty, and the rigatoni and pappardelle are both superb dishes. If we lived in NYC, we’d probably be here every weekend.”
“Delicious food, outstanding service, and lovely atmosphere. We came for specific Italian dishes, unfortunately they didn't have risotto and pasta with rabbit, but we try pasta with duck and linguine alla vongole. Very delicious. Also, we were told by waitress that restaurant change menu every week, which makes it interesting to try/taste different dishes but makes difficult to rely on people suggesting to try certain dishes. Overall, will come back again when in the area.”
“There are a lot of places to get great food in NYC but not a lot that have this level of service. I think probably seven people came by our table at some point to clear or refill waters and everyone was friendly and positive. The waitstaff gave great recommendations and made us feel so welcome. But food wise, get the focaccia, get the chicken, the broccoli and potato sides were delicious, honestly get whatever looks good to you because nothing was bad. We did ask for salt which was the only thing a few dishes needed. And no matter how full you are definitely try the pistachio cheesecake.”
“I wish I could give 6 stars! We came here for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner, and it was one of our favourite meals ever. From the moment we walked in, the experience exceeded all of our expectations. All of the staff, especially the host, were very kind and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious- some of the best chicken I’ve ever tasted, and the mushrooms were to die for. The ambiance and lighting set such a nice atmosphere. They even brought out a little fit for my boyfriend after dinner! I cannot wait to go back!”
“Very large restaurant with a really nice decor. Famous dishes are focaccia bread, the gem salad, pasta with amatriciana sauce, and tiramisu. I had all of them, and can say that the rumors are true. Focaccia is very soft, gem salad has the perfect cold and crispy texture, amatriciana tastes great, and tiramisu is memorable. We also had the duck leg parcelles. The tastes were good and well mixed. Also, they carry good wine that pairs well with food. I liked the cream of the tiramisu the most. Also, they make a good effort to make your special day memorable. Suggestion: they should add a sweet bite to the bag they give you when you are leaving the restaurant on your special they - some others restaurants do it so it makes this kind of expected.”
