“By far the best dining experience I have had in Manhattan. Not only was the food outstanding, the staff was kind and accommodating from the time we walked in to the time we left. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, making our dinner last hours longer than we initially intended. My favorite touch of personality was getting to pick the actual vinyl to be played while enjoying our meal. We also had the most amazing time sitting and talking with the owners, Kevin & Sophia, who were so kind. Learning Kevin is also from Cleveland, OH was a bonus! We will be back to Vinyl during every trip to NYC from now on!By far the best dining experience I have had in Manhattan. “Wow! What an exquisite restaurant with delicious food and excellent service! We just got back home from celebrating our 10 year anniversary and our waitress was Maria! She was extremely attentive, kind, conversational, and made our dinner so special. The entire staff would check in and make sure we were okay and having a good time. We absolutely loved the idea of being able to pick a vinyl to play and really enjoyed listening to it while enjoying dinner. The food was incredible! The steak was perfectly medium rare with a nice char, the fries were perfectly seasoned, and the truffle Mac and cheese was the best I’ve ever had. I would go back multiple times for that Mac and cheese, wow! We had the mint chocolate chip for dessert and it was unexpectedly delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant and Maria and the entire staff if you want to celebrate something or have a special dinner. What a gem! Thank you!”
“Went here for my birthday last night . Food was amazing very flavorful!! Our waitress was very sweet and tentative. We also were running late and the hostess accommodated us, pushed the reservation back which helped us immensely! Loved all the vinyl records, decor and vibe . Will definitely revisit !”

“We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at Vinyl and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. This was our first time visiting, and we had a Friday evening reservation at 6 PM. From the moment Kayla greeted our table, her energy was magnetic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely excited to make our evening special. Throughout the night, Kayla made incredible food and beverage recommendations, describing each dish with care and enthusiasm that made it easy to choose. Every recommendation was spot-on, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. She checked in thoughtfully without ever being intrusive, ensuring that our celebration was seamless and memorable. The manager also made a point to visit each table, including ours, and was personable, professional, and welcoming—a great addition to the overall experience. We cannot wait to return to Vinyl and will absolutely request Kayla’s section.
