“My Favorite Peking Duk restaurant in New York City it is a fusion restaurant Dunwell. I get the Peking Duk three ways roasted tea smoked, and then made into a Sancho soup delicious divine electable. I got to try a new menu coming out, which has a roast duck roll that has caramel sugar on it. It’s delicious the watermelon drink outstanding the lobster Mapo amazing all the rices is amazing. Mango bear dessert was really good. I’ve had tiramisu it’s always a 10 out of 10. I also got the kiwi Crudo. It was fresh bright refreshing. I absolutely loved it. I got the marrow bone marrow with the bread and toast. Fantastic. Highly recommend the freshman. I’ve been back here many times.”
“This place is phenomenal, 5 stars from the service to the food. Our family of 7 devoured the flaming duck, lobster ma po tofu, crying tiger steak, clay pot rice bowl, Dan Dan noodles, duck soup, and lastly Chinese yam and spinach sauce. Jason was our amazing server who anticipated every need we had. Continuously refilled our waters and replenished our pancakes and cucumbers/scallion. Loved the flavors of each dish we tried, we all left stuffed. Wish we had more time here in NYC to justify another visit. Highly recommend this Chinese Latin fusion spot.”
“Golden Wuish: A modern Chinese spot in FiDi that delivers on the experience Came back to celebrate another friend’s birthday and the service was phenomenal! It’s a true fine-dining atmosphere where the food quality actually matches the aesthetic Flaming Peking Duck ($123): 5/5. A total showstopper and worth every penny Spicy Beef Stir-Fry ($29): 5/5. Super tender and juicy with a perfect spicy kick. Good portion size too! Sichuan Wonton ($15): 5/5. Big, meaty, and that numbing spice was spot on Crying Tiger Steak ($28): 4.75/5. Small portion, but incredibly tender and flavorful. Although the pairing with corn was a little off to me Clay Pot Rice ($25) & Duck Egg Pea Shoots ($21): 4.75/5. Reliable classics that never disappoint. Squid Ink Fried Rice ($30): 4/5. A bit bland on its own, but works well as a base for the bolder dishes Black Truffle Soup Dumpling ($19): 3/5. Although you do taste the truffle this was my least favorite, the soup was lukewarm, the skin was a bit rough Overall, a fantastic spot for a special occasion in Lower Manhattan!”
“This is the best restaurant I went to on my trip to New York. I’m no stranger to duck and to good food, however this was absolutely magnificent. It’s the best food I’ve had in way too long. The duck is prepared in front of you, having been brought from Long Island fresh. It is crispy and incredibly moist. The service was immaculate. Our server did a great job at keeping me informed on how the duck was prepared and why it was delicious. And even when I thought I was full, I somehow ate more and didn’t get sick in the least bit. I was left absolutely stuffed but despite the fatty duck, I was entirely satisfied. Also the tiramisu was made right in front of us. It was absolutely amazing.”
