“White Russian: 6/5 One of my favorite drinks of all time, Truss and Twine has THE version. Sweet, smooth, and a little mysterious, this is what an espresso martini wants to be. 1 can be the perfect ending to a long night, more might make you not remember! The “Urinal” Cake: 5/5 This drink has a proper name, but I totally forgot. While this is not on the menu, the bartenders here can easily whip this up for you. The best way I can describe it is a very pleasant drink that is super smooth while having the essence and aroma of a men’s restroom. Truss and Twine has so many phenomenal drinks that I probably wouldn’t get this again but it’s a good one! Papaya Salad: 4/5 Is it a little muted? Does it have fillers like cabbage? Is it pricey? Yes, but it’s made with care and vegan for that crowd. They do little details like blanching the green beans that really impressed me but it definitely is a little toned-down in the flavor department. I would get it again to accompany my drinks but not as its own thing. Wagyu Beef Dumplings: 2/5 I didn’t like these at all. The filling was dense and didn’t taste like a proper dumpling filling. For all the oil they were floating in, it was very bland. Especially at the price it’s at, I would pass. Ambiance: Modern and sleek. Come super casual or super dressed up. I’ve come looking rough while sitting right next people in full glamour. Service: The bartenders are all very attentive. If you feel like you’re being ignored, flag them down and they’ll catch right back up with you. Parking: There is only street parking but I never had issue finding any parking. Easy for street parking but hard if you’re bad at it.”

“Cute swanky cocktail bar in downtown Palm Springs. Perfect for a chill girls night out. Service was great and cocktails were lovely. It was about $230 for about 10 drinks which is absurd, but we enjoyed our time there and thought it was a cool spot.”

“Totally unexpected experience. The vibe and cocktail specials are more Tiki. I had no idea this was a Tiki Bar. Expert bartenders concocting Amazing drinks! We especially loved the Hua Moa Lio. (Pinhook Bourbon, Banana Liquor, Calpico and All Spice Dram) served in a smoking coconut shell with fresh mint and banana chip garnish. Yum Yum!! The bartenders and staff were super friendly. However that is just the start... The reason we came here is because our friends told us about the pop-up food menu that they have on Wednesdays and Thursdays. OMG! The food was indescribable, beautifully presented, delicious and totally unique. You have to check this out! We were a group of 4 and we ordered one of everything on the menu sans dessert. The two artisans crafting the dishes behind the bar took their time lovingly putting together each order so that it was perfect. If you are a foodie...you must check this place out. The interior is a bit incongruous with the bar theme but that's not why we are there. Come here for a unique food and cocktail experience!”
