Cafe Terigo is an Italian restaurant in the Historic Main Street neighborhood of Park City.
“We stopped for lunch about 10 minutes before they closed. They graciously welcomed us in. The food was delicious, with generous portions. The waiter was charming and accommodating. We enjoyed our lunch out on the patio with no pressure to hurry.”
“Beautiful chic atmosphere with interesting and funny quotes on the walls. The servers are genuinely nice, knowledgeable about their food and the wine. The lamb chops were the best I had in town. Far better than some other swanky places nearby. We sat at the best table in the house upstairs near the back overlooking the patio. I’ll make sure that I go here every time I visit Park city”
“A nice dinner to be had here. Lamb chops, filled, calamari with a nice recommended pinot. Service was very attentive. Ambiance was well lit for a nice dinner, though tables kinda close together. I felt a bit cheated when I later found the same pinot 80%less at a store. Outside of this nonsense I could easily recommend, though the pricing can be a bit of a surprise.”
“Food was average to good. Smoked chicken fettuccini not great — al dente pasta but sauce was Olive Garden quality. Menu not great if you don’t like seafood. Also we had a reservation but the host was quite rude and almost didn’t honor the reservation or seat us, saying it was for 15 minutes prior (which was not true; she never apologized for confusion and miss at the front). Could’ve used a friendlier greeting and experience at the front. Definitely get a bottle of the Antiquum Pinot noir — delicious and not too inflated in price (retails for just $5-10 higher than menu price)! Best part of the meal. Well decorated but quite loud with lots and lots of families with young kids.”
“Only had the mud pie dessert (good decision due to wanting a glass of wine at the bar). It was excellent. Server Tonchi (sp?) was great. The rest left something to be desired. If you have a bar, be welcoming. People are looking for an open seat on a Friday night to have a drink. You want people walking by to see patrons I would think. Second, throw on some music. Maybe Paolo Conte’s greatest or something. Patrons don’t need to be involved in the going’s on of staff, servers, comments on patrons. Cannot comment on dining room experience.”
