“Amazing food and service! I ordered the mushroom gyoza (steamed), crispy rice, single sashimi, treasure roll, and crispy chocolate wonton. I would definitely come back and get the mushroom gyoza again. If you love mushroom, definitely order this! The crispy rice was also amazing. All the fish melted in your mouth. The chocolate wonton wasn’t my favorite but it was an innovative concept and nice to try something new.”

“Very cute, modern Japanese restaurant with limited seating, about 13 two top tables but they can easily be pushed together for larger parties. They offer a great mocktail menu, I tried the passion fruit Calpico which was super refreshing. I also tried their sushi and fried udon. The sushi rice was a bit loose to pick up, but it was well seasoned. The toro sushi ($17 for two pieces) was definitely the highlight of the day.”

“The kani salad was just okay—the dressing was too light and lacked flavor. The seaweed salad, however, was fresh and really tasty. The sushi overall left me with mixed feelings: while everything was fresh, some rolls stood out (Spicy Tuna, Crown Salmon) while others (like the Spicy Salmon) were more average. My favorite was definitely the Spicy Tuna. The staff was friendly, it’s BYOB, and as a bonus, if you pay with cash or Venmo, they give you a free matcha ice cream, which was absolutely delicious.”
