“My wife and I went to Sushi Hatsu for my birthday, and it was excellent from start to finish. The staff and owner were super hospitable, and had fantastic recommendations for us first-timers. The sushi and sashimi were fresh, creative, and flavorful, with gorgeous presentation. The pumpkin tempura was crispy and creamy, with an aioli that took it over the top. We shared a yuzu cheesecake with rhubarb for dessert, and it was a perfect, light bite to round off the meal. I look forward to coming back for my next sushi fix!”

“This place is absolutely phenomenal! A must try for any sushi lover, but their unique menu has something for everyone. Every item on the menu was the best I’ve ever had. It was truly an experience. The short rib empanada, lobster ravioli, Patagonian toothfish, spicy calamari, Kobe tataki….all amazing. The chefs are artists using the best quality ingredients and the owner was kind and welcoming. A great place to celebrate a special occasion and savor every bite. You will not be disappointed! And don’t sleep on the desserts! Homemade, creamy, deliciousness.”
