“Jaden wonderful waiter, provided excellent service. The food was amazing I ordered Thai wings, bread board, ginger snap and cherry crème brûlée (seasonal). Meet the manager Jacob to recognize the service and he was proud of the team here at the Mill Raleigh.”
“I had a great experience at The Mill Raleigh. I enjoyed both the food and the drinks, but the ambience was truly the best part of the visit. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was also incredibly patient and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. A wonderful spot for a relaxing night out.”
“I went here with my partner and we thought it was a good date spot. While pricey, the entree options were good portions and tastey. However, I do have to say that the food was pretty over salted. I over salt my food and I often add salt to any dish I get, yet my partner and I both thought almost every item was on the overly salty side. I know some people don’t like salt so this is something to be aware of. My partner said that his pork chop was a little over cooked but most in restaurants are to be fair. My steak was perfectly medium rare Know that there are two parts of the restaurant. We had no idea until we went to go to the bathroom before we left. We would’ve preferred to not sit on the side with the bar and the tv for the date. It was not rowdy or anything but the other side looked much more date vibes. Overall, a good option.”
“New to NC so trying all the places. The Mill has a wonderful atmosphere, the background music was awesome. We were a little early for dinner service (we didn't realize they closed the kitchen) but they still seated us and happily helpeus as we waited. Our sever was excellent and made sure we were well taken care of. My husband had the catfish and "loved" it. I had the short rib as suggested by our sever. It was good just a tad over cooked. We will be back.”
“Neat place. The servers and staff were very nice upon entry. We were sat pretty quickly. We had Simon as our server and he was exceptional. He provided prompt customer service and recommendations on the menu as well. The food was pretty mid here. I got the trout and it was very salty. They offered to take it back and I tried the salmon instead. The flavor was better but it tasted like something I can make at home. The flatbread was tasty and so was the ceasar. I would probably revisit to try their other selections.”
