Located downtown directly across from the Delta Center, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance — upbeat, modern, and energetic without feeling loud or chaotic. It felt elevated and fun while still being comfortable enough to actually enjoy conversation and the overall dining experience. Jordan took incredible care of us from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. Her recommendations were spot on, and you could tell she truly knew the food and wanted us to have a great experience. Every suggestion she made ended up being fantastic. The Australian Wagyu was absolutely amazing — easily one of the highlights of the night. We also tried the potstickers, Wagyu fried rice, and mac and cheese, and every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. Even the bread they brought out before dinner was memorable. Nothing felt rushed, and the pacing of the meal was perfect. If you are in Salt Lake City and looking for a great steakhouse experience with an energetic downtown vibe, STK is absolutely worth visiting. Great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service from Jordan made this one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time.”

“Had a great experience at STK Steakhouse. The food was definitely the highlight — the steak was amazing, and I highly recommend the flat iron. It was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The appetizers were just as impressive, especially the potstickers and the tartare — both were delicious and a great way to start the meal. The atmosphere is definitely on the louder side, so if you’re looking for something quiet and intimate, this might not be the spot. That said, the music playlist was actually really good and added a fun, energetic vibe to the experience. Service was solid as well. Our server was kind, patient, and took the time to walk us through the menu, which made everything feel more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a great spot for good food and a lively night out. I’d definitely come back.”

“Carlos absolutely made our experience—he was outstanding. Super friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with great suggestions. We were interested in the steak night promo but couldn’t find it on the menu, and he went out of his way to make it happen for us. That level of service really stood out. Food overall was very good. The wagyu meatballs were the only miss—pretty bland on their own and definitely relied on the sauce for flavor. On the other hand, the calamari, shrimp cocktail, and sliders were all delicious. We ordered the 28oz porterhouse for two with sides, and the steak was cooked perfectly. Flavor was solid—maybe not the best I’ve ever had, but still very enjoyable. The mac and cheese was a standout—absolutely delicious. Atmosphere was great as well—nicely decorated and a good vibe overall. Would definitely come back, especially thanks to the excellent service from Carlos!”

“If you want an incredible steak and an even better experience, come here and ask for Andy. He went above and beyond the entire time. I even asked him what “dry aging” was just to test his knowledge (I already knew), and he absolutely nailed it. For appetizers, we ordered the mini burgers—they normally come with just two, but since we had a party of three, he made a special request so we could get an extra one. That was awesome and really showed his attention to detail. 10/10, would definitely recommend coming here. Get a reservation.”
