“My partner and I tried Ukiyo on our most recent trip to Savannah and were super impressed! The restaurant's interior design was minimalist and elegant, and our sever, Bri, was super helpful with recommendations, too. The tonkotsu ramen was top tier, as was the karaage bento box and the pork belly buns--so tender! We would definitely go here again, and it would be a favorite spot if we were locals for sure.”

“Best spot in town for ramen! The pancake and bao are really great for starters/sharables. Service is always great and food comes out at a good time. My only note would be every time we come, the eggs are under cooked. The yolk is jammy but somehow the whites are runny.”

“We came here to celebrate a special moment — passing my board exam — and it made the experience even more memorable. As always, everything was great. My daughter had her favorite sushi (similar to a California roll), which she always enjoys, and the wagyu beef we ordered was absolutely outstanding — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The topping on the beef had a ginger-like taste that worked beautifully. We also tried a vegetable pancake. It wasn’t really to my taste — it felt a bit undercooked and too soft for me — but that’s a personal preference. The atmosphere was lovely, our table had great natural light, and everything — including the restrooms — was clean and well maintained. This place has already become part of our family’s special memories, and now it’s also where we celebrated an important milestone. We’ll definitely keep coming back.”

“We had an amazing time at Ukiyo from start to finish. The service was excellent — attentive, friendly, and made the whole evening feel special. Sitting at the noodle bar is always our favorite spot; it’s fun to watch the kitchen in action and the vibe there makes every visit memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish arriving well timed so we were always snacking on something great throughout the meal. From the ramen to the shareable bites, everything was flavorful and satisfying. The drinks are amazing as well — creative, balanced, and the perfect complement to the menu. This place consistently delivers a top-notch experience and we can’t wait to go back.”

“We’ve been here many many times, I’m a slacker and keep forgetting to leave my review. The food is always on point! We had Pork Buns, Charred Edamame, and Chicken Karaage to share. For mains we had the Pork Ramen and the Chicken Ramen. For Drinks we had the Whiskey Highball, the Matcha Sour add in Bourbon since on the menu it was an NA drink and the Wasabi Martini (excellent if you love wasabi). Everything was amazing! Our server was excellent! They were training a new server who was great as well. You will not be disappointed!”
