The Butcher's Table is a modern steakhouse focused on serving premium, Mishima Reserve Wagyu beef cuts. The multi-level space houses several atmospheres: the fine dining, subterranean restaurant offers dinner only and is offset by the more casual upstairs lounge, where guests have access to the full menu. If you find yourself enamored with the quality of beef after a long bone ribeye, you're in luck — there's an in-house butcher on-site, where you can buy something to take home.
“The steak was cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, and packed with rich flavor in every bite. The seasoning enhanced the natural taste of the beef without overpowering it. The bone marrow was absolutely outstanding: buttery, creamy, and incredibly rich, with a deep savory flavor that paired perfectly with the steak. Spread on toasted bread or enjoyed on its own, it was a true highlight of the meal. The combination of a perfectly cooked steak and decadent bone marrow made for an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended for any meat lover.”
“🇺🇸 Visited The Butcher’s Table in Seattle for a beautiful dinner 🥩🍷✨ In a stylish and relaxed setting, I had the 5-star Filet Mignon from Mishima Reserve American Wagyu. The steak was beautifully seared, tender, and full of rich flavor — truly one of those unforgettable bites that leaves you speechless 🥹 It was an impressive and memorable dish from start to finish. The wine was also excellent, and the appetizers and sides — including asparagus and mac & cheese — made the meal even more enjoyable. Such a perfect steakhouse for a special night in Seattle✨”
“The restaurant upstairs is a different atmosphere than downstairs. It is more of a loud bar vibe. Downstairs is where we ate, it is intimate and dark and we loved it! The service was fantastic and the STEAK. Oh. My. I love steak, its my favorite and I judge harshly. I tried the Manhattan tasting flight. Trust me, the picture does NOT do it justice. The Japanses A5 is currently tied with the best steak I've ever had (in Texas). The flight was prepared to absolute perfection. I dream of it and of the beef fat fries often, so so crispy, flavorful and soft on the inside. The beef fat brioche was good, would have been better warm, nice little spice at the end. This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We look forward to next time!”
“The food was grate😋we genuinely enjoyed the meal. One dish that lets you try multiple cuts of steak in one order is such a great idea💡perfect if you want variety without committing to just one. Also, do not skip the $6 bread. Trust me👍order at least two. It’s ridiculously good and easily one of the best bites of the night. The smoked salmon was also excellent, with a very rich, well-balanced smoky flavor that didn’t feel overpowering. However, the service felt a bit off. As a group of Asian diners, we couldn’t help but notice that our white female server seemed noticeably impatient with us. Nothing outright rude, just a tone and attitude that made us feel slightly uncomfortable and less welcomed. Hopefully the service can be more professional and patient, because great food paired with equally attentive, welcoming service is what truly makes a dining experience feel complete!”
“Their happy hour looked great so I came here to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The food was great and their tuna tostadas and salmon chip & dip were amazing. However, the bad service clouded whatever positive feelings I had for the food. We came right at opening and were right behind a group of girls who checked in before us. The host and who seemed to be the restaurant manager didn't greet or acknowledge us at all and only focused on the group before us. We were the first party to be seated at a bar high top and one of the main bartenders served us. His opening introduction to the menu was very informative so we had a good feeling about the service. However, that was the one and only time he talked to us the entire time we were dining. 2 other parties got seated in our section after us and he gave those other tables way more attention and check-in's than us (a group of 3 who were in their late 30's, and a middle aged couple. We are an Asian couple in our early twenties so we probably look even younger than that...or that one review about that group of Asian girls getting bad service is a pattern 🤷♀️). At the end of the meal, we noticed we were charged full price of the happy hour cocktails we ordered and was charged for 2 orders of the tuna tostadas when we only ordered 1. We explained that to the bartender who apologized, and went to fix the receipt. I checked again and there were still my boyfriend's happy hour cocktails that got rang in as regular price. Again, the bartender changed the receipt again and handed us another copy. At this point this was our 3rd receipt and I still noticed my happy hour cocktails that I had pointed out the first time was still regular price. I was honestly over the dining experience and didn't even feel it was worth pointing out again. Sure, even though it was a few dollars, it was still my money and I was just even more upset that I was having to triple check what he was supposed to be paying attention to. We still ended up tipping because we're also in the food industry so we understand tips are our livelihood, but we were really disappointed and irritated that it seemed like we weren't worth better service maybe just because of the fact that we were younger diners, so maybe they expected us to not have enough money to tip well. 😶 All in all, good food but service only comes if you look like you have money lol”
