Little Fish is an American restaurant in the Southold neighborhood of Southold.
“What an incredible experience at Little Fish, I brought my mother for a Mother’s Day brunch and our meals were fantastic. First, the ambience was great! A beautifully designed restaurant, just steps from the beach. Next, we started off with the Gochujang sweet and spicy wings that had the perfect crunch and flavor, definitely recommend giving these a try! For a main I had the burger, and that was perfectly cooked and very tasty. We ended with the Challah French Toast - don’t skip out on this!! It was the perfect amount of sweet to end our meal with and my mother and I absolutely LOVED it. On top of the meal, the staff and owners were very accommodating and were continuously checking in to see if we needed anything. I can’t say enough great things about this restaurant, and I already can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend checking out this restaurant if you haven’t yet, it’s absolutely worth the hype.”
“We were warmly greeted by the host and his 5yo daughter brought our party of 6 to our table for Easter brunch. The food was delicious, staff was friendly and atmosphere was great. Highly recommend the latke with gravlax and the Big Fish Punch. We will definitely be back!”
“Having left our credit card at the restaurant last evening, we decided to have dinner again for the second time at The Little Fish. Everything is perfect at this restaurant. The decor is eclectic and unique. All the employees are friendly and provide right on for details of menu items and drinks. Our server was Sam. Tonight our beverages were a Thai basil daiquiri and a Classic Cointreau Margarita. Both were perfect. For our appetizers had perfectly grilled locally caught whole red shrimp on a ají amarillo sauce. Also we enjoyed the Mermaid Makeout Oysters which consisted of Herb Oil, Charred Pineapple Relish, Cracked Pink Peppercorn and Classic Mignonette. Wild Fennel Mussels consisting of Local Wild Fennel, Shallots, Herb Butter, White Wine, Pernod and Grilled Sourdough. We also enjoyed the Little Fish Cornbread which is their Signature Little Fish Shaped Cornbread which is Baked to Order served with Honey Butter. The owner Arden was very pleasant to talk to. He has a wonderful restaurant and staff.”
“Oysters were outstanding some of the best I’ve ever had. The ceviche and the taquitos were delicious. Fish tacos were just OK. The staff were excellent. A bit pricey but I highly recommend.”
“Fantastic food, great atmosphere. This spot feels very unique to Long Island, wish it was warmer out we would have walked around the beach before or after dinner. Only giving 3 stars because we had to wait 30 minutes for a table when we had reservations. Feels like a blatant cash grab if I’m charged $25 per person for missing a reservation on Resy, yet they don’t honor reservations themselves.”
