“My friends are I had a great time here! Food was great! Loved the bottomless mimosas! We had a reservation, we were seated right away when we arrived and the staff were friendly! I would definitely return!”
“This restaurant has delicious brewkfast items, along with bottomless mimosas and affordable cocktails. It is a hip, relaxed, coastal atmosphere. There are several levevels to choise from. The rooftop offers a great view. Our server was very interpersonal. Meet all of our needs and was over very polite, efficient, and attentive.”
“Stopped into 801 for a family dinner while visiting DC. Decided to hit up the rooftop bar where Frankie K was bartending and serving. It was a Friday at about 6pm and was busy. She was friendly, fast and efficient. As the dinner crowd grew she just stayed on task and made sure everyone was served and was happy. By the time we left it was standing room only and she had the place taken care of. Thanks for a nice evening too.”
“Surprisingly great food, decent cocktails, and friendly if uneven service made this a great overall experience. Great spot to grab a causal meal with friends before heading to a show at the 930 Club. We had the chicken sandwich (excellent) and the smash burger (very good), and the nachos (delicious) and the chicken bites (meh, pass). Their espresso cocktail is delicious but heads up it's loaded with super strong cold brew, not just a liqueur like it says on the menu). Will definitely come back when I am heading to a show.”
“I made a last minute reservation pretty easily and it wasn't super busy, we came here on Sunday at 11:30 AM. We did have issues finding parking but it is street parking, not sure if there are any parking garages in the area. The reservation was made for the 1st floor but they didnt have issues moving us to the 2nd floor and it was so cute. There were string lights and good music. I ordered the Rubber Ducky cocktail which was super cute but not super tasty. We did ended up with getting the bottomless $28 cocktail/mimosa. My friend did the espresso martini but it seemed to missing something. The mimosas came with three different juices, orange, strawberry and peach, all delicious. For brunch, I ordered the Brunch Skillet which was delicious and had a very good spice kick. My friend got the 801 Breakfast Sandwich. It looked pretty good. Overall, we had a great time and they didn't rush us at all but the service was just a little slow, seemed like it was just 2 bartenders and I did wish they checked on us a little more but otherwise a good experience.”
