“One of my favorite places to come no matter the time of year! It’s such a great, easy going and fun atmosphere. Shawn has been our server multiple times and is always the perfect amount of attentive and friendly. We love to bring our dog here to watch football or soccer (or any sport really). Food menu is what one would expect for a beer garden and delicious. Definitely recommend the Hefeweizen and the pretzel!”
“Outdoors. Lots of space. Small selection of German beers covers a variety of beers. Great spot to whet the whistle before a game. Or after a game. Or when there aren't games. View of the river is nice.”
“Went with a group of friends and had such an amazing night. From the moment we walked in, we were taken care of right away and barely had any wait time. The food? Absolutely outstanding. We started with the Trio of Dips, and honestly, the presentation alone looked like edible art. The feta dip was incredible—creamy, balanced, and packed with flavor. The guacamole was ridiculously fresh and bright, and the beet hummus was both beautiful and unforgettable, with that vibrant color and rich flavor. Everything came with perfectly toasted pita, crispy tortillas, ultra-thin potato chips, and then… toasted pretzel slices. That was the surprise that completely won me over. And that’s just the appetizer! I genuinely didn’t want it to end. Next, I ordered the Chicken Wrap, and it was just as impressive. The chicken was perfectly crispy, the vegetables tasted incredibly fresh, and the wrap itself was warm and soft. Every bite had the perfect combination of textures and flavors. To finish, I tried the beef döner, and wow. The pita was fantastic, the meat was juicy and flavorful, the orange sauce had just the right amount of heat, and the pickled onions took everything to another level. I skipped dessert—not because I wanted to, but because I simply couldn’t fit another bite in. 😂 They also have a great beer selection. I trusted our server’s recommendation, and she absolutely nailed it. Now I have three reasons to come back: try the desserts, eat this amazing food all over again, and finally figure out the name of that beer. Highly recommend this place. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back—and next time I’m bringing more friends with me.”
“I stopped by this outdoor spot on a beautiful afternoon and had a great time soaking up the atmosphere. It is a huge, open space that feels very lively, making it an awesome place to hang out with friends or just enjoy the fresh air. They have a massive selection of drinks to choose from, and the staff were super quick even though it was really busy. The food was surprisingly tasty too, especially the soft pretzels. It is a perfect spot if you want to relax and enjoy the city vibes in a casual and friendly setting.”
“Lovely place on the river, friendly people, Oktoberfest, trees, and nice feel. Happy Hour is $5 beers and &10 huge beers in a lovely glass boot! Also $10 burger and fries in happy hour too. Only downside is the price normally - but everywhere is like that around here. I.e. 21 dollars for a burger and fries is quite a lot but again I'm used to non big city american prices. 12 dollars for a burger and chips isn't too bad, I guess! If it were like that in a vacuum, then the gripe would be warranted, but it isn't. Overall such a nice place to sit”
