Pitfire Pizza Woodland Hills is a Pizza restaurant in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of Woodland Hills.
“Some of the best pizza in the valley. I come here for the dough. It’s delicious. Honey bear is my favorite. I’ve had a few other seasonal pizzas but the stand out has always been honey bear. Sausage party and the Margherita are also excellent. Another notable mention is the Pineapple Express for adding pineapple to the sauce. That’s unique and as a foodie, I appreciate it. Extra points for who ever came up with the names.”
“Had a fabulous time today for my daughter’s first bday party! They were able to give us basically half of the restaurant for our family of 65 people. The indoor outdoor space is amazing, the food is incredible, and the access to the play area in the middle of the village was great for kids. Working with both managers Jessie and Lindsay were super easy and they were incredibly responsive. Would highly recommend this restaurant for any events! It’s so cute inside too which helped saved me from having to spend a ton on decor ◡̈ thanks again!”
“We ordered the Honey Bear and the Field Pizza. The Honey Bear has that perfect spicy-sweet balance with the Calabrian chili and honey, and the Field Pizza is a mushroom lover's dream with the fontina and thyme. But the real star is the dough—it has that perfect artisan char, a light airy chew. If you’re a pizza purist who cares about the foundation of the pie, this is a must-visit. Pitfire is officially in my top tier.”
“Great pizza but limited selection. We ordered the pepperoni was oily. The Hawaiian style pizza was great but it was with a pepperoni instead of ham. The bbq chicken has a lot of chicken on the pizza but kinda dry.”
“I’m sorry, but no. The food is mediocre. The crust has absolutely no flavor. The pizza was just meh. We asked the large group next to us how their food was and they all just shrugged and shook their heads “No.” One man said, “pizza is really simple, but it’s gotta be done right, and this isn’t it.” We agreed. The employees are perfectly nice. The atmosphere is cool. We sat outside and it’s a great vibe; but it feels wasted by such disappointing food. I can’t end this without mentioning that I intentionally ordered the Cesar salad bc the menu specifically listed “anchovies.” When it arrived it didn’t have any. I asked someone and they said you have to specifically request it??? It’s listed on the menu and no one asks you if you want it or not. Why would it not come as described? I just would never come back to this place. Not to mention the sofas we sat on were filthy. I’m so irked by the whole thing.”
