“We went to Clay & Fire for my friend’s birthday and honestly had such a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and the whole place felt very warm and welcoming. The owner was incredibly kind and hospitable, and all of the staff were so friendly and attentive. Even though we only made a regular reservation for 6 people, they seated us in a quieter area that felt private and comfortable, which made the celebration even more special. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and creating a good experience. We all left happy and will definitely be coming back 🤍”

“Highly recommend coming and getting the chefs hummus platter sample. This is some of the best hummus I have ever had! All options were vegetarian. We got to speak with the owner Adam who is a lovely and kind. Our server was Marley and she was very attentive to our needs and answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations. I would also recommend getting pizza here, as a new yorker this is the only place in the KC area that I would say satisfies my pizza cravings!”

“Finally got to check this place out a couple of nights ago. If you haven't been here yet, don't walk...run! Not only is the space incredibly unique, but every ingredient is fresh and dishes are made with meticulous thought given to the flavor and to the experience of the customer. We got a chance to chat with Adam, the owner, which was a real treat. We tried a couple cocktails, two different feta dips, the lamb shank and short ribs. All amazing! I did in fact declare that I would like the girit ezme as part of my last meal on earth -- do with that what you will.”
