“Compliment to the server Juliana W. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Her recommendation was spot on food and drinks. She was able to clearly articulate why she is recommending specific drinks/ food. She also listened for what I wanted. Had a great time. The location is fabulous. I was able to get seated at 5pm on Sunday without reservation.”
“This lounge truly added a sparkle to our evening. From the moment we walked in, Allie set the tone. She was animated, and effortlessly welcoming. The drinks were served thoughtfully accompanied by a small bowl of trail mix – such a simple touch, yet it made everything feel curated. The crab croquettes were absolutely yum! Crisp on the outside, delicate on the inside, and that lemon vinaigrette added the perfect bright lift to every bite. Then came the sticky toffee pudding. It was dense and rich, with sweetness that was perfectly balanced. Add to that lovely views, and you have the kind of place that turns an ordinary evening into a memorable one. A little shimmer, a little savor, and a whole lot of charm.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Timeless Charm & Top-Tier Cocktails The Cooper Lounge is easily one of the best cocktail spots in Denver. Located above Union Station, the view is stunning—you get to look out over the beautifully restored station and catch glimpses of the city skyline. It’s a perfect mix of elegance and energy. The bar service is exceptional. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and really passionate about their craft. Every drink we had was balanced, flavorful, and presented beautifully. Whether you’re into classics or something more creative, the cocktail menu delivers. The atmosphere is classy without being stuffy—plush seating, warm lighting, and a vibe that makes you want to sit and linger. Great spot for a date night, a pre-dinner drink, or just treating yourself. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a top-shelf experience in the heart of Denver.”
“We went for a drink. Great cocktail options. Sitting high up to look at union station. Small plate options as well for food..”
“Espresso martini made with cold brew is a major mixology fail... Proper foam requires thermal shock of chilling fresh espresso. Intentionally deceptive Thursday special reads "50% off all champagne all day," and it's not until you point out the error on your bill that they then tell you it applies to bottles only (which it most definitely does not say on the special card, but they did change bill to honor it "this one time").”
