Cória Estates is a Mexican-American Family-Owned Vineyard, Winery, and Tasting Room in the rolling hills of South Salem, Oregon. The Estate has been growing grapes for 25 years in the Heart of the Willamette Valley. The Tasting Room at Cória Estates is a lovely place to enjoy Oregon wines, with breathtaking panoramic views of the vineyard and surrounding Willamette Valley. We offer wine by the flight, glass, and bottle to enjoy on site or take home; as well as eats 'de la cocina' (from the kitchen). We are happy to chat with you about what we do, or help you learn more about Oregon's history of producing some of the world's finest wines. We hope to see you up on the hill soon! Salud!

“After a disappointing experience at Willamette Valley, we decided to check out Coria, so glad we did! Nelly was amazing and made us feel so welcome. They had blankets near each table, live music and amazing wines. The estate is beautiful with incredible views. We were celebrating my birthday and Nelly made it so special. “This was our first time ever visiting a winery, and we honestly had no idea what to expect — but we’re so glad we decided to try it! Nelly was so sweet and knew her stuff! I looked up wineries nearby and this one stood out the most because of their background and story, and it definitely lived up to it. The atmosphere was so welcoming, the wines were delicious and the food tasted incredibly fresh. You can tell everything is made with care. Highly recommend for anyone looking to try something new or just enjoy a relaxing afternoon with great wine and food!”
“Great atmosphere, pretty views, outdoor seating. Only reasons giving a 4 is because they took away their pizzas and panini from the menu, only offering a small selection of appetizers. Plus they took away the complimentary 4 glasses of wine for club members down to 2. Same cost.”
“Coria Estates offers a beautiful setting in SE Salem, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes it an enjoyable place to relax and unwind. The wine selection is impressive, and everything we tried was well-crafted and enjoyable. The pizza was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and a perfect pairing with the wines. That said, the experience wasn’t without its drawbacks. Service was noticeably slow at times and felt a bit unorganized, which took away from the overall flow of the visit. Additionally, while live music can often enhance a vineyard experience, it unfortunately missed the mark during our visit and detracted from the otherwise pleasant ambiance. Overall, Coria Estates has a lot going for it—great wine, delicious food, and a lovely atmosphere—but could benefit from improving service efficiency and being more selective with entertainment.”
