“The experience from start to finish at Craft Omakase was incredible! The inside decor is very nice and provides a warm welcome. The service provided the instant you walk in the door was astounding and everyone that works there is really attentive. You can tell that the chefs love what they are doing and enjoy giving you the full experience. Everything looks meticulously crafted to look visually stunning while also tasting excellent. Each course is presented to you in a timely manner and you can tell the dedication that goes into each piece. Their new "Blood Orange" drink was also a hit. Shoutout to the person behind that one. All in all, the food was amazing and the service was remarkable. You can safely say that Craft Omakase is an Austin classic!!!”

“Craft Omakase (22 course) ⭐️ One Michelin Star 2024, 2025 💵 $240 (including tax and 20% service charge) One of the best omakase spots in Austin 🍣✨ Craft Omakase truly lives up to its reputation, 5 stars on Google, and I had to book a full month in advance just to get a seat. 😂 And honestly… it did NOT disappoint at all! From the moment I walked in, everything felt special, starting with a beautiful welcome drink and warm hospitality. My favorite course had to be the dry-aged kinmedai, perfectly done, soft, sweet, and incredibly flavorful, and it practically melted in my mouth. Another standout was the uni 💛 omg! rich, sweet, and unbelievably fresh with zero fishy taste. It melted instantly with every bite.”

“Visiting Austin and heard about this place at the end of 2025, knew we were coming and made a reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday, as he has always wanted to do an omakase. This place did not disappoint. Every dish was visually stunning. I am semi adventurous and wasn’t sure if I would enjoy or eat everything that I was given. I will say I did not enjoy everything just due to my own preference but I did enjoy the majority and was shocked at what was one of my favorites. The ocean trout dishes and the dry age fish were immaculate. The chefs and staff were all so knowledgeable and very attentive. I really enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend doing an omakase here whether it be to celebrate a special occasion or just to be adventurous and enjoy some incredible food.”

The entire staff was warm and welcoming. I especially enjoyed how the dining experience was laid back and the chefs were chatting and joking with us while still providing an elevated experience. Charlie, Johnny, and the entire team showcased incredible skill and attention to detail throughout the omakase. Every dish was a work of art. Juliana also deserves a special mention! She nailed the drink recommendations for both of us and went above and beyond by creating personalized menus for each couple to take home, which was a really thoughtful and memorable touch.
