Akoya offers a seasonal omakase experience guided by Chef Peter Hoang, rooted in craftsmanship, seasonality, and intention. Each seating is thoughtfully prepared based on the guests we welcome that evening. The experience follows a curated progression of courses, designed to be enjoyed in its entirety. We kindly ask guests to arrive on time, as the pacing of the meal is an important part of the experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened seating. A credit card is required to secure all reservations. Cancellation policies will be outlined at the time of booking. Due to the nature of omakase, we may have limited ability to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please note all allergies and restrictions when reserving, and our team will do our best to accommodate when possible. We look forward to welcoming you.
“What an amazing culinary visit to Akoya Omakase which took us back to our visit to Sushi Sasabune in Honolulu. Such fresh and amazing sushi to choose from - or if you’re adventurous - let the chef choose for you. Overall was a great visit and they accommodated us on last minute walk in, so recommend making reservations as it’s quite busy.”
“What an awesome experience! I sat at the sushi bar and watched the chefs prepare each piece by hand. The combinations of flavors was perfection without the addition of a lot of bells and whistles- just the goodness of each individual fish and some traditional Japanese condiments. I did the smaller omakase menu which was fine for lunch. Topped off with a matcha brownie! So darn good! Hats off to the chefs!”
“THE BEST sushi experience we EVER had. The sushi melts in your mouth, the flavors balance so well, quality sushi, amazing staff, and atmosphere was great. “I had the akoya omakase and it was truly exceptional. Fish was fresh and tasty and the flavor combinations were so creative and well-balanced. The chef was very attentive and explained every ingredient for me (which I appreciate). Friendly service from the team and just overall good vibes! :) Honestly I’m not used to spending this much money on a single meal but I’ll say this is well worth it. If you are ever considering coming here, just do yourself a favor and pay a visit to this place! I’m a bit sad that I’m just visiting Kansas City; I wish I can come here everyday. (some of my favorites from tonight)”
