“We really loved our last two visits to Dancing Ganesha! The 1st was a few weeks ago and both times we were pleasantly surprised with the staff friendliness, and food. Yesterday one of the staff even gave me instructions on how to make one of the dishes at home. If you like spicy, you'll need level 3 or higher! If you are like my friends, 2 or lower will be good for "Minnesota spiced" lol! The black pearl dal makhani was on point. So delicious!”
“Excellent dining and overall experience. Great decor and seating. Comfortable and well spaced out. Not crowded late the night before Thanksgiving. Really good menu. Lots of variety and classic Asian Indian dishes. We ordered the appetizer platter to try everything and then aloo gobi and a veggie korma. Medium spicy. I could have had more spicy. Maybe next time. Rice on the side and then garlic naan and green pepper naan and a roti. Good stuff. We just ordered water and a chai to drink. Also very good. Sweeten to taste. The service was always available and attentive, but still the take out business kept them busy. No problem for us or timing or anything. Highly recommended. I'll need to go more often to sample the rest of the menu. It's always great to find genuine home cooked food. We only had a few naan left to take home. Everything was delicious.”
“I went with friends who were told to try it. The aroma of spices could be smelled at the corner of the street. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. We ordered multiple items to share family style. Everything was so good. That's almost statically unlikely, but true in this case. I will definitely come back if I'm in that area again.”
“The chicken vindaloo was amazing. Little disappointed with the house platter. Would defiantly order again though just drop the platter and grab some naan.”
“I hate leaving negative reviews, but this was a really disappointing experience. Although the service was OK, the food left much to be desired. We ordered the Chicken 65 appetizer and it was very dry and bland. We also ordered the lamb Josh and Chettinad goat curries, both of which had little to no meat (the Josh was boneless and still had very little meat included). I asked for my curry to be hot/spicy and there was pretty much no heat. When prices are so high when going out, receiving meals like this is very disappointing.”
