“Absolutely amazing, from the atmosphere, service and food. Each dish was a perfect representation of Cuban cuisine re-imagined. All the dishes were fantastic, however , some of my personal favorite that were absolute divine were the Sebastian silver oyster and yuca, and the cocada baracoense. “This restaurant is a really unique experience. The tasting menu spans a wide variety of flavors with each dish. Presentation of everything is phenomenal including the incredible plates, bowls, and cups. The service is very polished but it is not stuffy. The chef and staff are really friendly and attentive. You definitely don’t have to worry about going home hungry. The amount of courses and portion sizes are very generous for this kind of tasting menu. I will definitely want to come back for another special occasion and I don’t think there is anything else like it in palm beach county.”
