The Ever Andalo bar is always first come first served and walk-ins are welcome in our dining room as well — or skip the line and make a reservation below. However you choose to join us, we can't wait to serve you soon!
“She staff were attentive. We had our little one with us and they were accommodating to sit us close by the entrance and nice enough to stow away the stroller while we dine. Food looked very presentable just like their sister restaurants. Taste was excellent as well and we definitely enjoyed our dinner. Parking is tough, but that’s just how that area is. I just wish that the $3 reservation fee goes towards our final bill.”
“Many times you find a diamond of a restaurant, it's in the perfect location and the food is outstanding. Almost never, do you find a restaurant with one crucial additional element: service. Typically, you sacrifice food quality or location if you want great service. I can count on one hand the number of restaurants I have visited that have all three. Now, because of Abigail, I need to start counting on my other hand. She was attentive, kind, and smiled. These all are things a proper server is trained to do. However, Abigail truly meant it, it wasn't a show-she truly has a love for making people feel special. From the custom, hand-written thank you note, to the surprise anniversary dessert, she (and the entire team) made my wife and I FEEL loved. You literally can not find that anywhere. The level of finesse and expertise she exemplified should be taught in a class to all operators who want their guests to feel special. That drives loyalty and ultimately, profit. Take it from someone who managed the Flagler Steakhouse at The Breakers Palm Beach, we lived for those little moments because we ultimately knew it was the unquantifiable, intangibles, that made our business so successful! Chef Sam and team-wow! Not much more I can say, blown away! In case you are wondering, there was no ask from the staff to write a review-this is 100% from my heart and good people deserve recognition.”
“There are restaurants that earn their Michelin recognition through precision alone, and then there are ones that earn it through something warmer. Ever Andalo in Charlotte sits firmly in the second camp. From the moment warm bread arrived at the table, the evening had a generosity to it that never let up — and our server, whose name I'm kicking myself for not catching, set the tone entirely. Hospitable in the truest sense: attentive without hovering, warm without performance. The food matched that energy. We worked our way through different pastas, a chef's special, a negroni that hit exactly right, a bottle of wine, and a handful of olive oil varieties — each arriving at its own perfect moment, nothing rushed, nothing forgotten. The kitchen clearly communicates with the floor here, which sounds basic but is rarer than it should be. Five stars without hesitation. Charlotte is lucky to have it.”
“This place deserves the hype and struggle to get a reservation. Everything felt very authentic italian and tasted so fresh. My favorite thing we tried was the burrata with house made focaccia and we got an olive oil flight too, which was fun. I would definitely come back!!”
“I’m a little confused as to why there was so much salt in our food. We ordered focaccia toast samplers, celebrian crab cakes, wagyu steak and eggs, and carbonara and all of them were very salty except apple and ricotta toast. Flavors would’ve been perfect without the salt on top. I would like to give them the benefit of doubt and try again. Hopefully this was a one time thing. Service was great and the vibes were amazing too.”
