An Intimate Omakase, Reserved for Friends A meal conceived not for the many, but for the few. Our 10-seat chef’s counter experience unfolds entirely at the hands of the kitchen — a sequence of courses shaped by what the season offers at its finest, woven by moments of quiet luxury. This is not simply dinner. It is an evening of shared intention, where craft and hospitality converge around the counter. On Beverage Pairings To complement the progression of the meal, our team has assembled a considered selection of pairings — grower Champagne, reserve sake chosen for its provenance and precision, and spirits of distinction. Alongside these, Carson Dean’s cocktail program bridges classical technique with an Asian sensibility, available both as an accompaniment to the menu and as a journey of its own. Reservations & Pricing The omakase begins at $330 per guest, exclusive of beverages, a 20% service charge, applicable sales tax, and San Francisco’s 6% health mandate fee. A deposit of $100 per person is required to confirm your reservation and will be credited in full to your final bill.
“It’s easy to find sushi restaurants with high-quality fish these days, but good shari (the rice) is still hard to come by in San Francisco. The moment the chef told everyone to eat the sushi right away, I knew he really knew what he was doing. Sure enough, when he placed it on the plate, the shari gently sank - perfect texture. Saw someone complaining that the rice fell apart… you belong at a place that serves edamame and California rolls 👋 lol”
“The food and experience is absolutely amazing! All the smooth and unique flavors without over engineering the recipe what I loved. Don’t forget to arrive on time because the food has to be served along with the rest of the guests.”
“Right from the first item, an amazing flavor explosion. Every item was exceptional, and lovers of uni won't be found lacking. Dessert isn't listed on the menu, but it is included. So is a starting champagne and a finishing dessert sake. The price is reserved only for incredibly rich patrons though. Make sure everyone is in the mood for sashimi and seafood. Atmosphere is very casual. We were the quietest couple inside, and had no problems keeping to ourselves while still communicating with the staff. They will also accommodate simple requests with the food as well!”
“A unique omakase experience with dry-aged fish. The place is quite down to earth but feels homey.”
“1. The sushi is very mediocre. Small plates are decent. 2. The service is very casual yet they charge a 26% surcharge (20% gratuity + 6% their own health care fee) Overall, the bill for two people without any add ons was $900+. Way overpriced for the food quality and service.”
