“The location is magical and the food amazing. We just tested their new Spring menu 2026 and it is absolutely amazing. My recommendation, don’t leave without trying the tuna crudo, it is an ad-on but totally worth it. Our experience was made fastastic by Antoine, his service was perfect, respectful but approachable and if you need a picture of your part, he will become an expert photographer.”

The food is always incredible, and we were treated to a complimentary pre-appetizer and champagne while celebrating an early Valentine’s Day, which made the evening even more special. The Dine Out menu was absolutely mouthwatering—delicious, perfectly prepared, and just the right portion sizes. All of the staff were fantastic, but our server Ashley truly stood out. She was warm, friendly, and provided top-notch service, with spot-on recommendations. Beautiful views, amazing service, and outstanding food—we’ll definitely be back!”

“I’ve been here a few times during summer afternoons, but this time I visited around sunset for Dine Out, and it was a completely different experience. The evening view and city lights were beautiful. The main dish was a bit salty for my taste, but overall the food was decent. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the servers were friendly and attentive. Best of all, the complimentary gondola ride every time I visit is a huge plus. I always enjoy that part the most.”

“Amazing experience! I went to the Observatory for my friend's birthday. We wanted to enjoy the sunset from Grouse mountain and a nice dinner. We had a blast! Juliette and Ashley were absolutely adorable and genuinely interested in helping us having the best experience. I have diet restrictions and the Chef did everything to accommodate the plates for me. Everyone was very happy the quality and quantity of the food and drinks. Of course it's a bit more pricey because you're paying for the view, but since it's including the gondola it's more than a fair deal.”

“We had a gorgeous view. Food was ok, but not at the levels they have been over 40 years dining with you. And I was surprised to see paper towels in the washrooms. Whistler dining has more sustainable options and saves paper Service was ok as well. Not my favourite experience compared to the past. But that view!!!”
