The Chawan -mushi was amazing. This savory custard dish is so satisfying. The omakase sushi oju box was worth the trip! Chef Michiyo is also a certified sake sommelier, so the sake list is full of unique styles that pair so well with her food. I’m so happy we finally made it to this amazing spot. “What a hidden gem. Highest quality sushi, beautiful presentation, every detail is clearly thought through. The Chef is an artist and runs the kitchen by herself. Whether selecting a la carte or omakase, this is a dining experience and as such intentionally fairly slow paced. Majority of the menu is surprisingly affordable, especially considering the quality. It also has the largest sake selection I've seen at any sushi restaurant. Highly recommend.”
