“We had brunch today at Hard Bean and it was amazing- Malia (sorry if I messed up your name) was lovely, checked on us throughout and was very welcoming, quick, and efficient! The ambiance was lovely as well. We had the truffle fries, yorshire bennies, and pad thai- LOVE! Thank you!”

“Staff and food is always great here. We came here tonight for dinner. We live across the street and are so happy it’s right by. I got the teriyaki chicken burger with fries and the girlfriend got the crispy chicken sandwich with friends. Burgers were made perfect, the brioche bun was excellent and the fries were hit fresh and crispy. Server refilled the drinks before we even asked. Spectacular service!”

“We had our friend's birthday lunch here today and what a great experience it was! There was a group of 7 of us, plus 2 cats and 1 dog. The staff moved the tables around for us so we wouldn't get wet from the rain on the patio and they turned the heaters on for us so we were nice and warm! Our servers were so attentive and friendly and the food/drinks were absolutely delicious! Our server brought our friend whose birthday it was pancakes with whipped cream and a candle for desert, how sweet! This was our 2nd time at Hard Bean in Willoughby and we will definitely be back for a 3rd time real soon! Thank you so much for making my friend's birthday memorable Hard Bean! ❤️”

“Went for brunch with my girlfriends. We each got breakfast sandwiches. I got the Sando and my friends got the Everything Grilled Cheese. They were both great but I wish I read closer. Only the grilled cheese was on sourdough and mine was on a burger bun, which was a bit squishy. Defintely would have been better in something crisp. The three of us also split a pancake trio and they had no issue subbing out one of the flavors for plain for my friend. Service was great and super fast. The atmosphere was nice for a casual hangout and not too loud even despite the game being on in the background. I've been here before and would come back again with friends because of the vibes. Last time I had the Chicken and Waffles and it was a bit underwhelming. All in all, good vibes. The food is tasty and well made, just nothing amazing. I always have a hard time paying for breakfast food and burgers that could easily be made at home. For those with kids (we had a toddler with us) worth noting they did not have booster seats, even though they offer a kids menu.”

“My husband and I came for brunch and enjoyed our visit. I made a reservation and we were seated right away, it was a bit busy. There are many options on the menu and we’re both pleased with our choices. Staff were friendly and service was quick. There are table with benches and with movable chairs that can accommodate mobility devices. One seating area is up a few stairs. The bathrooms are all single stall with an accessible bathroom. The front entrance door does not have an accessible button.”
