“Restaurant Glacier sits right in front of the Eiger North Face, and the floor-to-ceiling window makes the whole meal. The tasting menu was seasonal, well executed, and not overcomplicated — every course actually delivered. Service was friendly and on point, and the sommelier knew the cellar inside out. Easy recommend if you’re in Grindelwald.”
“Had such an amazing experience at the restaurant. The food was incredible, I had the beef entrecôte and was melting in the mouth. Heng, the sommelier was very helpful in selecting the perfect wine, and even taught us a bit about them. He was very knowledgeable. The waiting staff were very attentive. They deserve the 5 stars. (Side note, I thought adding hay to the sauce with the salmon would have been a weird idea until i tried it. Well executed!)”

“Came in for dinner without reservation- we didn’t know they offer Michelin guide menu, which I think it is more reasonable in term of price and better options. View is amazing but we chose to sit inside due to the wind. Service is quick. Portion is small but you buy the quality. We will come back for The michelin option menu. The presentation is a key.”

The chef’s creativity is unmatched – they crafted an incredible flavor combination using just orange and fish that was unlike anything we've ever tasted. The venison was perfectly cooked and surprisingly delicious, and the presentation of each dish was impeccable. Honestly, the food here surpassed what we’ve experienced at a Michelin 3-star restaurant in Paris. This place is on another level – highly recommended for anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience!”
