Born and raised in Vegas I’ve been to more steakhouses than I can count, and this is truly one of the best that still does it old-school style! The service is unmatched from the moment you walk in you feel like you are the one and only VIP in the room. Every lady is given a beautiful long stem red rose upon arrival then you are sat at your table with a team of servers that are literally top notch! Every single thing from the craft cocktails, table-side salad, outstanding steaks, and sides to the espresso and dessert was unbelievably perfect! If you have not been to Hugo‘s get there! This place is perfect for a celebration of any kind and top notch for a romantic date!🌹”

“A classic, old school steakhouse and continental restaurant located inside the Four Queens Hotel & Casino. It’s known for its romantic, retro “old Vegas” atmosphere rather than modern wine cellar tastings, think brick lined walls, deep booths, tuxedoed servers, tableside preparations, and a nostalgic 1970s 80s gourmet vibe. The excellent salad bar serve, good breads and great wine sommelier!”

“I got the 5 oz filet with lobster tail and shrimp special and a half order of king crab. It came with green beans, a carrot and garlic mashed potatoes, complimentary bread, salad, sorbet and chocolate strawberry. Every meat and seafood was cooked nicely, very good textures and flavors. The carrot was very lightly poached and the green beans were nice. The garlic mash was good. The complimentary bread was simple and good. The sorbet was very refreshing and the chocolate strawberry was an excellent way to cap off the meal. The complimentary salad had lots of customization options, wonderful. Great service”

“Old steakhouse feel. OLD being the key word here, if that's what you want. Service was great like the rest of the reviews but our food was subpar. Overcooked wellingtons, tasteless escargot and uncenne cookes steaks( check grill marks ,terrible ) the best part of the meal was the salad prepared by our server . Potato au gratin not worth the upgrade . It was a birthday party and little was done . WARNING for Canadian credit cards.... They do not know how to properly process and compromised my CC and then proceeded to tear me much differently !!!! I would never go back nor recommend ..spend your money at a much better steakhouse in Vegas !”

“I had a disappointing experience at Hugo Seller. The staff was friendly and provided good customer service, but unfortunately we found mold in our dessert. When I brought it to the manager, Steaven, he acknowledged that there was indeed mold in the food and instructed the kitchen to throw it away. He then offered to replace the dessert and give me a free drink. I declined because this is a serious health concern. Once I found mold in my food, I no longer felt comfortable eating anything else from the restaurant. I didn’t feel that the situation was handled appropriately beyond offering a replacement, so I made a report with security since Steaven wasn’t able to resolve my concerns. I will also be contacting the health department to report the incident. While I appreciate that the staff was polite, serving moldy food is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.”
