“What a unique venue!!! This unassuming old building looks like it's seen better days from the outside. Once you enter, you're transported into a one of a kind bar/ club. The industrial feel is softened by an abundance of live plants, sky lights and comfy conversational seating areas with couches. The chain curtains, old motorcycle and vintage go-go dancer cage are surprisingly not out of place and just enhance the cool vibe. The custom drink menu had a nice selection and the bartender had a generous pour. Definitely a younger crowd, but good vibes. Worth checking them out.”
“In The Lowest Ferns is pure West Bottoms magic. The second you walk in, you feel it. Moody, industrial, plant-filled, low lighting that makes everyone look like they belong in an editorial shoot. The ambiance alone is worth the visit. The couches are ridiculously cozy, the space feels intimate without being cramped, and the whole place hums with intention. And the music. Obsessed is not dramatic. The sound system is crisp, immersive, and thoughtfully curated. It is the kind of place where you go for one drink and end up staying because the DJ set won’t let you leave. The cocktail menu is on the smaller side. I tried a few and personally was not blown away, but that did not ruin the experience for me. One thing to note, the incense is strong. If you are sensitive to scent, it might feel a little intense at first. That said, I love this place. The vibes are undeniable. I would absolutely go back for the music, the lighting, and those cozy couches alone. It feels like a hidden lounge you want to keep to yourself but also tell everyone about.”
“We had an absolutely fantastic night out! The location was perfect, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Inside, the music was fantastic, creating an energetic and lively atmosphere. They kept things interesting by occasionally changing the music theme and type, with house music being the main highlight. The overall vibe was super fun, and everyone was dressed up nicely, adding to the excitement of the evening. It was a memorable experience that we would love to repeat!”
“My friends & I used to really like this bar. Last night, two of my girlfriends & I were waiting in line for the bathroom. One of my friends was in a car accident recently & broke her pelvis so she has a difficult time using the bathroom by herself still. There is not any clearly marked signage that I have seen there before stating there is a one person per stall policy. I have also gone in a stall with her multiple times before & have never had anything said to me. As a stall opened up, the three of us started walking towards it. A man who was in line for the bathroom & was not wearing a uniform or absolutely anything indicating he was a security guard yelled at us & told us we weren’t allowed to go in there. Thinking he was just a patron at the bar, we went in & used the restroom anyways. As my friend who broke her pelvis was using the restroom, the door opened & two men forced their way into the bathroom while she was actively using the restroom with her pants down. One was the man who told us we weren’t allowed to go in, the other was actually wearing a uniform with the word security on it. They were incredibly hostile & kicked us out of the bar stating there is a one person per stall policy & that we were disrespectful to their staff by ignoring the unmarked “security guard.” Super disappointing & we won’t be back. Make your one person per stall policy clear with signage & make your security guards wear something indicating they are security. Also maybe don’t open the door on women using the bathroom.”
