“We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The ocean views are breathtaking. While we were waiting for our food, we enjoyed watching people surf, which made the whole experience even more special. The photos I took barely capture how beautiful this place really is. I wouldn’t say the food and drinks are the absolute best we’ve ever had, but everything was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. For a beachfront restaurant, I think they’re doing an amazing job. One tip: don’t park in the public lot across from the restaurant—it costs around $30 for just two hours. The restaurant’s valet parking is only $10, which is a much better deal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great oceanfront dining experience. After dinner, you can take a relaxing walk along the beach since it’s just steps away. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we’d happily come back again.”
“I decided to take a spontaneous drive to Del Mar because the day was so beautiful, and I ended up trying out this restaurant—and I’m so glad I did. I was thoroughly impressed with how quickly I was seated, especially since it was pretty crowded. Since it’s the weekend and so close to the beach, I’d definitely recommend getting there a little earlier. I ended up sitting at the bar, which had big screen TVs—perfect if you’re into watching sports—but there was also seating with a beautiful beach view. My server was kind and professional, which made the experience even better. And I have to say—the mai tai was top-notch, and the burger did not disappoint. Overall, I’d highly recommend this spot for a nice brunch with friends or family. Valet was available too, and surprisingly reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back.”
“Such a great experience! Great service from our server, Dennis. Both chef's specials were absolutely delicious. Of course, the Hula pie was big enough for 4 people, but the two of us finished it and were stuffed. I will definitely be going back soon.”
“We were fortunate to get a window table, and the view was absolutely fantastic. The staff were warm, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The food was very good overall—we especially enjoyed the steak, the calamari was delicious, and the drinks were well made. The only downside was the Mixed Seafood Pot, which was a bit too salty for our taste, making it difficult to enjoy with the rice. Aside from that dish, we had a wonderful dining experience and would gladly return.”
“Came for a birthday and put in the reservation for a window seat. Wasn't given a window seat. While my dinner was fine, others refused their plates. Was disappointed by the experience. While the restaurant is lovely and has awesome views, you can expect letdowns do to various reasons.”
