Here’s what Oregon wine looks like tomorrow. We are Bree Stock MW, the Pacific Northwest’s first and only female Master of Wine, and winemaker Chad Stock. Together, we make small-batch natural wines that focus on varietal diversity, sustainability, and climate resilience. We work with organic and biodynamic growers across the Willamette Valley to grow more than 20 grape varieties, from Trousseau and Gamay Noir to Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, and Mencía. No unnecessary additives, just wines that let the vineyard speak. Come to our working winery in Gaston for an intimate, off-the-beaten-path tasting.
