“Experiência incrivelmente boa ! O menu de outono está excelente , mesclando a culinária japonesa com ingredientes brasileiros. Garoupa com molho de jabuticaba , tofu e caranguejo com caju e peixes brasileiros no sashimi foram algumas coisas que me chamaram a atenção. Tudo muito fresco e bem executado. Também excelentes os ingredientes japoneses. Outro ponto interessante foi comparar o wasabi brasileiro com o japonês junto com os pescados. A harmonização com sakê também é um dos pontos altos, a seleção das bebidas está perfeita. Sobremesas também deliciosas.”

“That does it! My search for the best Japanese restaurant of SP is over after finding this place! I’ve been to Jun Sakamoto, Murakami, Aya, Jam, etc… you name it. This place is the best one by far, the most complete, tasteful and holistic experience of all of them. Also, we were a couple of 1,85m height guys, about 100kg each, and we all left with a FULL belly. It’s totally worth the price. How do we tell Michelin Guide about them? I’m actually afraid of letting them know and the price skyrocket after people find out 😂 Jokes aside, from the moment we got there to the end, it was a gem. No complaints. I truly recommend the full experience with the sake pairing, because it changes the whole thing! Finally, the desert is equally amazing - which is surprising! PS: you do need a reservation. PS: yes, everything is gluten-free and celiac safe (I bet whatever you want that if the chef didn’t tell you, you wouldn’t know)”

“Outstanding sushi place in Pinheiros SP. All gluten free menu , with great vibes - really transporting you back to Japan due incredible service , serene ambience and top notch service. All girls service was really upfront, mixing fresh ingredients with more complex dishes and - likely - the best pairing I’ve ever had in Brazil. To finish, a beautiful and gluten free Amay creation to celebrate the night . Truly a gem and a place to enjoy the work and bond with Mari, Camila , Ale e etc . Demais !”
