“Absolutely fantastic all you can eat sushi place everything is incredible, food and service are 10/10 it's a very nice restaurant. It's a little pricey but not too bad considering it is all you can eat. I love coming here for date nights or with a group of friends. I love that they also include free ice cream at the end of the meal, 2 scoops per person, a great way to finish off a big meal. I will definitely be back soon! Most recently we had Angela and she was the best server she was always quick to bring and clear things and would make sure I had a full water super sweet and kind.”
“Nov 8 in London is easily one of the best AYCE sushi spots I’ve tried. It’s genuinely better than many places in the GTA, where you end up paying more for sushi that isn’t nearly as fresh or well-made. Here, everything tastes clean, balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. The rolls aren’t overloaded with rice, the sashimi is fresh, and the flavors actually stand out. They also have a really big selection, from specialty rolls to appetizers, hot dishes, and desserts, so you can try a ton of different things without feeling like the menu is repetitive. For the quality and variety you get, the price is very reasonable. If you’re looking for great sushi in London that beats out a lot of GTA AYCE spots, Nov 8 is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommend this deep fried milk!”
“Sushi Galore is our go-to place for sushi, and we firmly believe it’s the best in the city. The quality of the food is consistently outstanding, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Amber, in particular, is the best server you could ask for. She always greets us with a smile and goes out of her way to ensure we enjoy our time. We've been coming here for over ten years, and not once have we had a complaint. Whether it’s just the two of us for a quiet dinner or a large group booking for 20 people, Sushi Galore always accommodates us with ease. We highly recommend this fantastic sushi restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.”
“Salmon sashimi was quite good and rolls were filled generously. Better quality than 168 sushi. Otherwise tasted fairly average. Some of the food tasted very fresh other orders less so, almost if it were reheated. Extraordinarily slow to clear our plates, slowest place I’ve ever been to and they weren’t even that busy. Server seemed upbeat but was passive aggressive at times. The ordering system on the ipad was very weird and poorly designed.”
“I don’t hate this spot, but the quality is highly inconsistent. My first visit during lunch was a solid experience (around 4 stars), while my second visit for dinner dropped dramatically to a 1–2 star experience. The good: They offer torched sushi during both lunch and dinner, which I appreciated. That said, it’s oddly limited at dinner to only torched salmon, which felt unnecessary and a bit absurd given the higher price point. I also enjoyed the dessert options—especially the fried Chinese buns. They’re a childhood favorite of mine, and it was genuinely nice to see them included in a sushi AYCE lineup. The bad: Despite short ribs being on the menu, they were a major disappointment during my second visit. When served, the ribs were coated in solidified beef fat, strongly suggesting they had been cooked hours earlier and left sitting before being reheated. They were clearly not fresh. Even on my first visit, when the ribs were at least fresher, the flavour was still lacking and tasted under-marinated. Another serious issue was the green salad, which contained a noticeable amount of browned, spoiled lettuce. This shows poor quality control, especially concerning for raw vegetable dishes. Overconsuming food in that condition could genuinely make someone sick, which was troubling. In conclusion, Sushi Galore sits at around a 2-star rating overall for me. Given the inconsistency and food quality concerns, I wouldn’t choose to return unless I were socially pressured into”
