“Excellent food with fresh ingredients. Includes high quality wine glass with each entree order. Their distillery tasting revealed some fantastic spirits”
“Zoran and Stephanie went above and beyond with their customer service. One of my best friends and I were recommend to wine taste wine and other spirits at this winery and also the pizza 🍕 is so good also here. My friend who is from Sydney Australia remarked he had such an exceptional customer experience here and I couldn't agree more. Lots of exceptional choices at this winery something for every palate. Do yourself a favor and definitely put this winery on your list when in the area. The scenery and drive is beautiful to and from the winery and lots for your eyes to see and enjoy and then you are rewarded with exceptional customer service. Well behaved dogs are welcomed and treated with respect. Every dog I saw there were quiet and well behaved. Thank you Stephanie and Zoran for making my friend feel so welcomed as he just lost someone very important in his life and your professional and down to earth personalities really touched my friend's heart and it wasn't just the wine. Your customer service and customer experience was exactly what my friend needed on our last day in Paso Robles. Thank you! 🤗”
“Their Petite Sirah was my favorite! Staff is super welcoming and treats you like family. Pizzas were delicious and the Serbian sausage (can’t remember what it was called) appetizer was so good!”
“Opolo Vineyards is solid for its Zinfandel, and pizza (absolutely amazing!) but there are aspects of this winery that are very off putting. Here’s my take: 1- Servers are uneducated in wine. I asked “what varietals grow here?” They had to look at the bottles and read it. 2- $30 Tasting fee is high for what you get, very small pours. 3- Why put giant TVs in the barrel room? Unnecessary but leads to the next point 4- Highly commercialized vineyard. This is definitely off putting. Walking into the tasting room it looks like half wine tasting and half Lululemon store. Keep gift store separate from tasting in my opinion. 5- Promote Jeremy! This guy basically saved our groups experience. He was the most knowledgeable and professional staff member we encountered and thankfully he made it all worth it!”
“Truly sad day. We've been club members for 20 plus years and made reservations for the family to come in and wine taste at 130 in the afternoon. Apparently they have a new rule that to sit outside and enjoy wine, you must buy lunch. We are no desire to eat another lunch, and they tried to sit us inside in the barrel room. That was obviously a no-go with a child, and I discussed this with the general manager, and then the wine club manager Tiffany. Although pleasant, neither were accommodating. I think this is an overall breakdown of their customer service. Being members of a wine club is a decision to spend a lot discretionary income. I choose not to be abused and not accommodated while paying full price and being a club member. Plus the outside seating was basically empty. There are a lot of good vineyards in Paso Robles. We choose not to remain members when treated this way.”
