“We were traveling around this area and wanted some local oysters. What we found was the most delicious meal we have had in the San Juan Islands! We started with a flavorful salad and fresh bread and homemade strawberry butter. Then grilled oysters were perfect with just the right seasonings, followed by grilled octopus and pork belly with an amazing sauce and some greens. The final course was king salmon with squash blossoms and other well paired flavorings. The lemon drop martini and cider were a perfect accompaniment and the hostess/bartender/server was awesome! We suggest sharing so you can try everything. Definitely a highlight of the week!”

“I think I found my new favorite restaurant. Everything was so fresh and intentionally presented with amazing flavors! The bread from the bakery- chefs kiss! Everything was amazing and this red curry clam dish is a top 5 meal for me! Oysters and the sauce were so rich and the salad was to die for! Highly recommend the fun cocktails on the patio watching the sunset! The Chef is doing some amazing things!”

“This place was a perfect spot for a date with my husband. Was intimate and a great setting for some good food. The service was excellent, everyone seemed to help each other out and so it felt like you constantly had the service you needed. Our waiter was super friendly and great at his job. And you could hear other people there talk about how great he was around us. Phenomenal food! We did the tasting menu which I think was appropriately priced for what you got. We were very full by the time it was over. A wonderful selection of innovative food and the drinks were super fun. Everyone there was laughing and chatting and enjoying good food, no one was on their phones which I love seeing in restaurants. Would definitely recommend!”

The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderfully diverse. The food was outstanding, with complex flavors and a clear focus on local sourcing. Even the bread is from a bakery located just downstairs, and it was exceptional. We both had locally caught fish, cooked to perfection, and every bite showed care and attention. The view of the sunset over the water was breathtaking, and there truly is not a bad seat in the restaurant. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and experience. This is the kind of place that makes a special evening unforgettable.”
