Award-winning Panzano offer the best in contemporary Northern Italian cuisine featuring local, organic, sustainable ingredients with uncompromising service and an award-winning wine list in a stylized urban setting inspired by the Italian streetscapes and terracotta tile roofs of Renaissance Florence.
“Our best dining experience during our 4-day trip to Denver. Excellent Italian wine selection by the glass and delicious food. Everything is made in-house. I had the Arabiatta (red sauce) with buratta on top - no protein. Pasta was cooked to perfection. My wife had the Pasta ai Funghi with shrimp which had black truffle oil in it. Each item complemented the other in perfect balance. A Graham 20 year tawny ended the meal. They do have a wide selection of Italian aperitifs but I’m a sucker for a good tawny. Without question we would return here.”
“This was my first time at Panzano, and I was pleasantly surprised by the good service and the flavors of this dish. Although, the price is definitely up there for Italian food, I’d say I had an overall good experience. - The service was immaculate, all the staff were friendly and attentive. They cleared plates, and brought refills consistently. The atmosphere was perfect- the music was not too loud and you could comfortably have a conversation with someone here. There wasn’t a long wait after ordering the food. I ordered the Cacciucco and it was very flavorful. The broth was buttery and salty in just the right way. The portion size was decent, but for the price point ($48) there could have been a little more seafood. - For dessert, I got the Budino di Caramello. It was fluffy/airy and I could definitely taste the toasted butterscotch flavor. It was a little overly sweet- the whipped cream helped cut it. It’s definitely hard to cut the sweetness once you finish the cream, so I wouldn’t recommend unless you have a sweet tooth.”
“We went to Panzano’s for dinner, and it was amazing. I ordered for Antipasti, the “Fritto Misto”, the “Chestnut Crostini”, and lastly, the “ Burrata with House-Made Focaccia”. For the main course, we indulged on the “Costolette di Bufalo”. Everything was fantastically seasoned and presented, with a very timely rush. Our server was attentive to the flavor profiles we requested, and did an amazing job at giving suggestions and personal recommendations.”
“One of our favorite restaurants to dine at in Denver. We ordered the Brussel sprouts for appetizers and then the Halibut for mains. Both were great. Brussel sprouts were a bit on the saltier side but we still enjoyed it. The halibut is always cooked really well here. What I like about the place is that the service matches the food quality. Sometimes restaurants have great food but bad service because they think too much of themselves. Not Panzano. Chris was our server on Thanksgiving eve and he was amazing! Even the other staff bringing out the food were awesome. Oh and I forgot about the Tiramisu! Delicious. Please stay humble Panzano!”
“Exceptional experience. I decided to come here for Thanksgiving instead of cooking, and I think I have a new tradition. The food in their 3-course meal was delicious, chef/cooks and servers were so friendly and helpful, and they event sent me home with a Thanksgiving sandwich to-go kit. Couldn’t have asked for a better meal.”
