Die überwiegende Mehrheit unserer Produkte stammt von regionalen Zulieferern. Zudem wird neuerdings ein Großteil der Kräuter sowie einige Obst- und Gemüsesorten auf dem Grundstück im Englischen Garten angebaut. Durch diesen Standort-Vorteil sind wir das einzige Restaurant in München, das Produkte aus eigenem Anbau auf den Teller bringen kann. Die Gerichte sind anspruchsvoll in der Herstellung und bedürfen vieler Handgriffe bei der Gestaltung. In der Hirschau steht der Einklang von Genuss für alle Sinne und Präsentation der Gerichte an oberster Stelle. Es erwarten Sie bayerische Gerichte mit einem modernen Touch, jedoch stets mit traditionellen Wurzeln und regionalen Komponenten. Die kurzgehaltene Formulierung der Menüs erlaubt uns, die Saisonalität der Zutaten besser nutzen zu können und somit gezielt das Thema Nachhaltigkeit zu verfolgen. We tried the currywurst and the sausage with cheese, both with fries on the side. Classic German options — very tasty and filling. A big plus: you can add sauces for the fries for free! The portions are generous, and it’s a good amount of food for the price. A solid choice if you’re looking for something casual and tasty during your visit to the English Garden and we really loved the vibes in the eating area.”
