“Excellent meal. Slightly traditional, although with enough twists to make it interesting. Overall all dishes were really strong with a lot of premium ingredients used throughout. Great service. The location is ok but I wouldn't say outstanding. Prices are on the upper end of 1-stars in Munich.”

“This is a good restaurant with high standard. We were immediately seated at a properly prepared table. By which I mean, no fussy flowers or irrelevant table decorations. The interior was comfortably traditional, not distracting the focus from what was happening on the table. We were first pleased with 2 presentations of amuse-bouche, followed by a 4 courses lunch. The service and timing was so to the point that I didn’t notice it, except when the dishes were presented and explained. Wine paring brought the 6 plates of sophistication to life, and told 6 different stories, and tailored to each guest too. Sommelier Xavier’s wine recommendation is worth a retour to this establishment.”

“My partner invited me to this restaurant for the Valentine’s day. Unfortunately the experience was not that fantastic. One thing I want to mention is that waiters do put a lot of effort and are extremely polite, that got the starts to this rating. My partner stated that he’s allergic to garlic and onion already when booking, the restaurant confirmed the reservation and acknowledged that they’ve taken a note about allergies. Funny enough, first course in the menu we get a fish with some side dish, sprinkled with dried onions. That looked like a bad joke but the waitress was very apologetic and I guess it’s an unusually busy day. However, when for the main course side dish I asked what is inside and the waitress told me enthusiastically that it’s dry tomatoes with onion etc I just looked and her and waited if the sense of it would come to her but it didn’t. Could be because we didn’t have just one waiter, we had different and they were changing, if it is on purpose and considered to be a special system, it didn’t work. On top of it my amuse-bouche was dropped on the table, which left a big orange stain before we even started eating. Again, extremely polite and apologetic waiter promised to bring a napkin to cover it. The only reason I mention it is because he never did… in conclusion It was rather disappointing that at the dinner, which for two costed close to a thousand euros, it seemed to be impossible to pay attention to food intolerances, asked by the guests. If your allergy is more severe and require immediate medical treatment I would never risk going to this place. Unfortunately can’t give an honest feedback about the food, as I would be very bias.”
