“Enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. The service was great, the waitress was very attentive and helpful explaining recommendations and items on the menu. We had the croquettes and asparagus for starters, and for mains we had the steak, tequila pasta and kale salad. Everything was very tasty! Loved the vibe of the restaurant - it was very cosy and the choice of music was amazing.”

“My first visit was a bit of a letdown. The service fell short and the food was fairly average, despite a great atmosphere and an exceptional playlist. I decided to give it another shot and I’m glad I did. The service improved significantly and the food followed suit. The kale salad is a standout and absolutely worth ordering. The ribs were delicious, while the steak didn’t quite live up to the rest of the meal.”

“Had such a lovely experience at Billie! The service was impeccable from start to finish: attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The spare ribs were absolutely outstanding, incredibly tender and full of flavour. The kale salad was also delicious and perfectly balanced. The music was also pretty nice and settled with the ambience . 🤗On top of that, the cocktails were amazing and really completed the experience. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to, and one I would absolutely recommend.”

“10/10 service au petit soin. La cuisine était excellente. We had the fried ball (super yummy, must try), the beef (so tender, the sauce was so refreshing with a touch of acidity, not too overwhelming, really compliment the sweetness and juiciness of the beef, even when it arrived to our table, the beef turned cool😂), the carpaccio de truite was so so (the sauce was pretty decent). The kale salad was BOMB (must must try, do not miss this) Finishing up with 2 scoops of lime & basil sorbet, so fresh, so good. Love the ambiance, the DJ started to play music from 9pm, so I guess the 2nd service would be more into festive mode. We had the 1st service and we have 100% our attention toward the food ♥️ Special mention to Normal & Nicolas for their wonderful service, it’s rare to witness such a high level of hospitality and professionalism like their in Paris. Would definitely come back for more. Merci beaucoup”

“Unfortunately quite an underwhelming experience which I’m inclined to blame on having high expectations and perhaps a bit of bad timing. We came in with high hopes for the food but left wanting more, and maybe not in the right way. The service felt a bit questionable from the moment we walked in. The staff seemed stressed or overwhelmed, which may have been projected onto us as guests. We were seated at a table that wobbled every time we touched it, which was quite distracting. I didn’t think too much of it at first, but once our food and drinks arrived, and my drink was spilled on my lap and the table by the waiter without much acknowledgment, something started to feel a bit off. We ordered the steak and the spicy tequila pasta, and quickly realised both dishes were quite cold. While the steak had great flavour, the pasta lacked taste and wasn’t spicy at all. That said, the pasta was cooked very well, which was somewhat redeeming. The atmosphere and décor were very aesthetically pleasing, which I think is the restaurant’s main selling point. In fact, the surroundings almost made the food taste better. All this to say, it was an enjoyable experience with its downsides. It felt like we may have visited on an off day, because I can imagine this restaurant serving delicious food under better circumstances. Overall: 3.1/5”
