Known for his bold, soulful approach to island-inspired cuisine and his celebrated restaurants in Hawai‘i, Chef Simeon is bringing his signature flavors and warm hospitality to Las Vegas for one night only. This meet and greet dinner will showcase his vibrant culinary perspective alongside the Japanese cuisine of Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill at Red Rock.
