“Delicious meal on our trip to Vegas in April! The fish was all very fresh and delicious. Our waiter was great and recommended some awesome dishes! * Black Cod with Miso * Yellowtail jalapeño * Crispy rice with spicy tuna * Seabass Tempura with Amazu Ponzu * Rock shrimp tempura * Salmon sashimi”
“Everything about our visit to Nobu was incredible. From the food, to the atmosphere, to the service, it was all amazing. Our server was Columbia and he seriously made our visit so much better, and our visit was already incredible! He guided us through the menu, page by page, and explained how the food was best served and eaten. Not one detail was missed. Watching all the servers work together to ensure tables stayed clean and food arrived promptly was impressive and all in all, there’s not one thing I would have changed. I won’t lie, I was worried that the small portions would leave both of us looking for dinner #2 after leaving, but we left feeling completely fat and happy. (I thought I took more pictures of the food but I guess I was too busy doing my happy food dance.) If you’re looking for cheap sushi, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for a food experience, definitely try Nobu. Pictured are the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna and Tuna Avocado Cilantro. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”
“Superb flavors, especially the legendary cod miso and tuna tartare. While the dishes are culinary perfection, the portions are small and the prices are steep. A fantastic splurge for the palate, even if it leaves your stomach (and wallet) feeling a bit light.”
“Nobu was fantastic from start to finish. This was our first time dining at this establishment. The service was amazing we were guided through the experience, made many suggestions on food choices, and about the timing of dishes. Our servers Heather and Mary were perfectly present without being bothersome and made the service equally as memorable as the food. We made a reservation for 9pm on Easter Sunday. Turned out to be unnecessary for that time and could have just walked in. The decor is modern and for two the half booth was a joy to sit in for a romantic dinner for two. We had some of their signature dishes: Yellowtail Jalapeno - 8.5/10 - nice balance of flavors Black Cod with Miso - 9.9/10 - as close to perfect as possible Rock Shrimp Tempura - 8/10 - nice range of flavors with the variety of sauces House Special Roll - 7.5/10 - fresh ingredients, very nice Sizzling Scallops - 7.5/10 - cooked well, not overcooked even though it came on a sizzling platter (can't find this dish on the online menu) Tofu Tempura - 7/10 - not greasy, very crispy, went well with the sauce. I confess I also dipped these into the shrimp tempura sauces. All the dishes were amazing, balanced and unique flavors, and wonderful presentations. You could tell that all of the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. Although everything was exceptional, the highlights for us were the Black Cod with Miso and the Yellowtail Jalapeno. The cod was perfectly cooked, melted in your mouth, and was an umami experience with every bite. The yellowtail with the yuzu-ponzu sauce, jalapeno, and cilantro were bites of paradise. I would whole heartedly recommend Nobu.”
“Overall food is good but overpriced for the quantity. Came here Saturday night for dinner—had reservations but still had to wait 10-15 mins before being sat, the restaurant was packed! Very energetic vibe here. Service was good, our server was attentive and helpful recommending dishes for us. The Lobster Taco ($20) and Wagyu Taco ($22) were SO tiny, tasted good but not worth the money for such a small portion. Shrimp Tempura ($18) was just two skinny pieces. The nigiri & sashimi were tasty, fresh and good ratio of fish to rice portion. Soft Shell Crab Roll was good! Tried the Seabass Tempura with Amazu Ponzu ($65)—this was so delicious, had a kick to it and overall crispy on the outside but soft fish inside, full of flavor with each bite. For cocktails we tried the Pina Martini, Lychee & Elderflower Martini and Mango Passion—all good but too sweet for my preference. Note, they do accept Caesars drink vouchers here. And this restaurant is part of the Chase Sapphire Exclusive Table perk!”
